Beach Place #202 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo centrally located to beaches, pool and popular John's Pass Village is ready for your arrival! Stocked with all utensils, microwave, coffeemaker and newer appliances, makes your visit easy! Free Wifi! Unit 202 has one parking spot and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The living room provides comfortable seating, perfect for watching television, playing board games, or just relaxing. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, flat screened television and plenty of storage space. The guest room has two queen sized beds, and has lots of space for children, teens or an additional couple. Both bathrooms have been recently updated and like all SunHost properties, are meticulously clean and prepared for your arrival. This includes, linens, extra towels and pillows all stocked for your visit.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking rental.
