O 2 quartos, 2 WC completo terno de hóspedes, que é alugado pelo proprietário foi completamente renovado e recém-decorados com padrões elevados. Ele é projetado para fazer você se sentir em casa. A varanda e um dos quartos virados para o jardim e tem vista para o mar - um ótimo lugar para tomar seu café da manhã! O terno é climatizado, tem televisão por cabo e internet de alta velocidade. Moderna cozinha totalmente equipada com café bar permite cozinhar refeições caseiras. Dois quartos têm camas queen size com colchões confortáveis, que vai fazer você dormir como um bebê. Há um sofá dormir sofá na sala de estar. A lavanderia está localizado ao lado do terno.
Venha por mar ou ar, fazer um passeio de 15 minutos em um táxi (ou alugar um carro) - e é tudo o que preciso para você experimentar as suas melhores férias nesta bela ilha! Você é sempre bem vindo!
When we visit Freeport, we stay on Coral Beach, which is a lovely, secluded area, about a mile from the Lucaya Marketplace and marina. The condo is a 2BR/2 bath and is in great condition. It suits our needs well. Everything you need is a walk or a short cab ride away. Good place to stay; we'll be back.
Staff and residents were very friendly. The condos pictures are extremely accurate. Owner called once we arrived to make sure everything was how it should be. Helen (maid) was super! She met us there with a smile and was always offering her services if we needed them. It was fabulous and I am missing it already.
LOVED THE AREA, LOVED THE CONDO...LOVED THE SETOUT OF THE POOL, THE RESTAURANT, THE BEACH.

This was my second stay at the Coral Beach Condos, but my first one in this specific unit. Each unit in this complex is owned by different owners so they are kept a different levels of quality. This unit is great and I would definitely recommend it. The owner of this unit was great to work with. She always replied promptly to questions and was always very helpful. The condo was very clean when we arrived. (Unlike my stay at a different unit.) Her photos are very accurate. The bedrooms are not huge, but we just used them to sleep. Beds were comfortable and ceiling fans to cool you down. The A/C worked great. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The en-suite bathroom has a step you have to go over to get into it, and the door is narrower than most - not a problem for us at all - but elderly or those with mobility issues might have difficulty. The main washroom does NOT have this step so that is always an option. The main bedroom does not have a window. The balcony has a partial ocean view and looks over the lush gardens. The second bedroom has a great view! I would recommend staying here. It is great value for the money and the owner is great to work with.
I returned to this complex because it really is in an ideal location. If you do not want crowds and want a slice of beach to yourself, look no further. The beach is beautiful. The pool is very large and kept nicely. There is a cute little restaurant (open to the public) right at the pool. The restaurant serves the basic things like fries, burgers, conch fritters (highly recommend them!) sandwiches etc. Happy hour is everyday from 4-7. The general public is not allowed to use the pool area - they are limited to the tables by the bar. But not to worry, it's never really busy. The prices at the restaurant are pretty resonable compared to the rest of the island.
The grounds of this complex are very well kept and very lovely. There are signs of aging in the hallways but you are rarely ever going to be in the halls, so don't worry about it!
What makes this place fabulous is it's LOCATION! The beach is amazing. You can snorkel off the beach and see some stuff, or you can walk 5 minutes west (right) and snorkel in front of the Silver Point Condos and you will see even more. If you walk even further (to the pier) there is even better snorkelling.
If you walk 15 minutes to the east, you will get to the busy hotel area and the Port Lucaya Market Place. Easy walk -no cab needed.
The most impressive thing about this property was the quick response time of the owner. Svetlana was always very quick to answer any questions during the booking process. When we arrived, we had trouble getting connected to the internet & within minutes, she had contacted the cable company herself & gotten the system rebooted to work perfectly. The condo was very clean & we felt very safe. It was a quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The beach bar & grill downstairs had very good food. My only complaint was that the bar/grill & swimming pool closed around 7pm. We would have liked to have more time in the evenings to spend having drinks & swimming after being out all day.
Very nice condo, and we really enjoyed our stay. This was our second visit to Coral Beach but our first visit to this condo, we would definitely stay there again. Location is great and beach is all you could ask for. Having the restaurant/bar onsite is great.
