The Condo was everything I expected and More.

This was our first time booking this way and the experience was Fantastic !!!   It met all our needs and it was awesome coming back to the condo after our meetings and being able to relax and having all the amenities we needed.  The View was Spectacular !!! Being close to everything is such an added Bonus !  

Speaking for myself and my friends we thank you for having a warm and inviting Condo in the heart of a Beautiful City, Victoria !!

We will definitely share our experience with others and I will definitely return with my Husband.

Also to have my deposit returned the next day after we left, Excellent!!  Thank you !! How Great Was That !

Right where you want to be

Our family of four (boys 14 and 11)stayed in this property for 4 nights. A lot of recent reviews do not exist for this property so I had some anxiety on how everything would work out. Let me be clear - the owner has this down to a science. The entire booking process was formal but very straight forward. Once we arrived at the property at the agreed meeting time we were greeted by Trudee. Trudee was on time and gives you an orientation of the unit itself and the condo property amenities. This is the most secure building I have ever been in for a hotel or VRBO. You can only access elevators (and certain floors) with your unique key access remote. Anyone entering the condo unit unwanted is extremely low. An unwanted visitor would have to get through multiple layers of security to get to your front door. Two floors down is a work out gym with quality treadmills, a pool, and hot tub. Our boys used this facility to run and relax without issue numerous times. In regards to location, the owner is correct. The photos posted by the owner are accurate in regards to the condition of the property and views from the balcony. We particularly liked the view from the balcony late at night when the streets were empty and all the lights were on in the city. The unit is soundproof as we heard no noise when all was closed up. The parking garage was also very convenient as the owner has a reserved spot. Other than a day to Sooke to hike China and Sombrio Beach and to visit the Sooke pools the car sat in the garage. By the way, this out of town excursion was suggested by Kristy (she was gracious with her time) who sets up the check in appointment about a week prior to your arrival. No need for a car when you can walk to the harbor in 2 minutes and Beacon Hill (unbelievable free park with well kept flowers) is 5 minutes away. We walked everywhere and in turn got a great feel of the downtown area. In conclusion, the owner is formal, extremely well organized, and has an awesome condo to offer that is as shown on the VRBO listing.

Second visit was as good as the first

This is our second visit to Victoria and our second stay at this accommodation. The booking and payment process was efficient and accurate. Communication was prompt with the owner. The accommodation instruction booklet is as thorough as any we have ever seen, outlining instructions for all appliances, ingress and egress, amenities, grocery shopping, places to eat, and local highlights. The pictures are quite accurate - and as this unit is on a corner with glass surrounding the dining table and the living room on two sides, the Parliament building lighting at night is visible.

The location is so convenient to public transportation - to go to/from the airport, and to/from Butchart Gardens. It is in walking distance to the Empress Hotel, the Harbor, Chinatown, the Maritime Museum, the Information Center, the fast ferry to Seattle, the Parliament, and the Royal British Columbia Museum.

The apartment was cleaned thoroughly, and is well stocked with nice linens, amenities and cooking and serving ware. All appliances worked as intended, and the WiFi was strong and reliable.

Would recommend highly and would return should the opportunity arise.

rented this fantastic condo for a month

We loved this place it is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a perfect location and immaculately clean. It is well equipped for cooking and monthly rentals. Great cooking utensils and clean products supplied. Bedrooms small but nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Bathrooms very nice and master bath is large with great tub. All in all quite lovely. Owner helpful and checking and out perfect. Beautiful view of parliament at night. Great access to many parks walking areas and great shops and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for more. Pool and hot tub not used as it was rainy and out of season but that also looked fantastic. Refund for damage very promptly returned. Awesome rental. We will return if ever in Victoria.

Beautiful modern condo, good location, smooth stay

First I will say that the reservation process was a bit cumbersome, but was totally worth it when the result was a perfectly communicated stay. The concierge was prompt and informative. I do not say this lightly: this is the cleanest house/condo/hotel I have EVER stayed it. Absolutely amazing. We really wanted a 2 bedroom unit for our trip to sleep two adults and two kids and this condo was around the same price as a 2 bedroom hotel at a moderately priced hotel. The bedrooms are small, but adequate. The kitchen is fairly well outfitted and the dining table worked out great for basic meals. The windows are great and while there is a somewhat strange view of the restaurant next door, the night view of the lit up buildings further away was great. The living room area was comfortable. It was in such a convenient location that we didn't drive anywhere during our 3 night stay; unfortunately, this meant that we didn't notice that we'd left a light on and our battery was dead when we tried to leave to catch the ferry! We called the concierge who was so kind - she said we could stay there past our check out time while we had the car fixed and they just cleaned around us! Fantastic. It ended up feeling like a special stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Luxury condo, ideal location

We loved this condo! Beautiful furnishings, luxury baths and linens and so many extras! We could walk to most destinations but also had parking provided for our rental. We had a gorgeous view of the Parliament buildings which were beautifully lit at night, and a partial view of the landmark Empress Hotel. There are lots of great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, and we enjoyed walking around the inner harbor after dinner. For those who want to cook, there is a beautiful kitchen with just about anything you might need. There was also a washer and dryer with soap and fabric softener provided. This was the most beautiful place that we have ever rented.
