This beautiful slope side, chalet inspired townhouse, sits directly on Blue Mountain at the base of the Happy Valley ski run, providing ski in and ski out access to the ticket booths and lifts. The 1250 square foot multi-level unit offers spectacular views of the mountain from the living room. You can even catch a peak at the blue waters of Georgian Bay during the day and has great star gazing at night! The townhouse has been fully renovated and kept in top condition. It is professionally cleaned after guests check out. The property is very private and usually quiet for this area, for those who want to enjoy the outdoors but be close to all amenities in the Blue Mountain Resort Village and surrounding towns.

Directly off the reserved parking lot, our unit is located on the second level of the Chateau Ridge complex. A convenient exterior private locker outside the front door is provided to store your outdoor gear.

The main floor is open concept with modern rustic decor throughout, features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar for 3, and a dining room with seating for 6 - great for entertaining friends or enjoying a family dinner. The spacious living room has a cathedral ceiling and two-story bay window with an expansive view of the mountain. The living room offers a 55' LCD TV, free super fast wifi (150 mbps down, 15 up), and a cozy wood burning fireplace to gather around. The comfy sofa and club chairs provide ample lounging space. The sofa has a queen size pull out bed and along with the window bench, 2 or more additional guests can be accommodated.

Up a flight of stairs you will find the large quiet guest bedroom with 2 double beds, vaulted ceiling, double-height window, and LCD TV. The guest bedroom has an adjoining bathroom furnished with shower. Up a second set of stairs leads to the master loft bedroom which overlooks the living room and has a view of the slopes through the living room cathedral windows. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, LCD TV and luxurious 3 piece ensuite bathroom. – great for relaxing after a day on the slopes or at the beach.

There’s no need to get into your car! A short 15 minute walk from the townhouse will take you to the Blue Mountain Village which offers more than 25 restaurants, bars, shops, spa, and outdoor activities. Some of our favorite activities pending the season within walking/skiing distance include:

If you want to venture a little farther, you can enjoy a few local small and clean beaches or the world famous Wasaga beach, a variety of beautiful golf courses, luxurious spas, Bruce Trail hiking, rolling country roads, and small towns with gourmet restaurants and pubs.

Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are located at the The Plunge Aquatic Centre in the village, additional charges apply.
