Ele não fica melhor do que isso! Pacific City Oregon, Shorepine Village Beach House. Localizado no Barefoot Lane. Mais próximo do Beach, caminhos, e do calçadão em Shorepine Village. Totalmente mobilado e pronto para você. A localização tranquila, a atmosfera descontraída e amigável pessoas, surf, pesca, adega, restaurantes e toneladas de coisas para fazer, ou apenas totalmente relaxar, ler por uma lareira, ou sentar-se na varanda de trás e tomar o ar do oceano, e fazer nada. Você decide.

Pacific City Oregon é realmente um dos últimos realmente não mais comercializado pequenas cidades em Oregon. Olhamos todos para cima e para baixo a costa de Oregon durante vários anos e finalmente encontrei Pacific City porque o seu fora do caminho batido e apenas fora da estrada 101. Nós imediatamente caiu no amor com ele, e todos os nossos amigos que nos visitaram concordam, é realmente maravilhoso.

Nossa casa tem dois quartos completos, mais um loft sofá / cama. O mestre tem uma cama king size com closet, e conectado casa de banho / WC / vaidade w / pias, chuveiro.

Os benefícios exclusivos a este Cottage: Claro, a areia, praia e sol são inigualáveis. A nossa localização casa é literalmente o mais próximo ao calçadão shorepine que é mostrado nas minhas fotos, mas leva você para cima e sobre o principal da duna de areia / berma para o mar e praia. Leve o seu queijo e vinho e ver o belo pôr do sol. Temos bicicletas, pipas e outros itens que você está convidado a usar e desfrutar.

O segundo quarto tem uma cama king size com beliches no mesmo. O loft só entre ambos os quartos tem um sofá desdobrável / cama. A segunda casa de banho completa, com WC / pia / banheira w / chuveiro também é entre os dois quartos e loft. Muito conveniente !

As coisas para fazer e em torno Pacific City é ilimitado. Conduzir a bela costa do Oregon, visitar faróis costeiras, visitando adega de todo o país do vinho, a famosa fábrica Tillamook Cheese, o famoso Howard Hughes Spruce Goose e Evergreen Air Museum e até mesmo dois casinos, tudo dentro de 25 minutos de nossa casa. A lista continua e continua.

Sinta-se livre para desfrutar de uma garrafa de vinho, tinto ou branco, e apenas relaxar e assistir o pôr do sol bonito sobre o BONITO OCEANO PACÍFICO. Nós também só colocar na INTERNET DE ALTA VELOCIDADE 40 + EM RECURSO todos os jogadores e as pessoas que têm de 'SER CONECTADO'! É apenas uma das nossas maneiras de "obrigado" por ser nossos maravilhosos convidados!

Lovely home, wonderful experience, great owners--near-5 star!

Would give 4-1/2 stars if possible--we really appreciated all the really terrific features of this home and its equally terrific owners. We stayed at this clean, well-maintained home right after Labor Day; 2 couples and 1 infant. This home was all we hoped it to be, and more--large living area, great deck/porch, well equipped/well lighted kitchen, lots of extras (bikes, kites, beach pads and basketball--oh my!). Really responsive owners: I messaged them to ask about something minor, and soon after they were at the front door--they were staying nearby and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. Only 2 minor issues kept this from being full 5 star (after plenty of group discussion): 1) a better entertainment system in the living room. The current one is complicated with a smaller, old non-HD TV. (The bedrooms both have pretty standard smart TV setups--if only the living area had the same). And 2), hotter water in the master shower. It did not have hot water, only warm, could not get it hotter. It was okay but not what we would have liked.

As stated, these were very minor issues. This place is wonderful, it made our vacation special and we would love to go back again.

Great family friendly spot, close to the beach

This was our first trip to Pacific City and the house was great. It is just a few hundred feet from the beach, a short walk to Pelican Brewery and was very clean upon arrival. The house was great for our three year old and our friend's six year old. The added extras in the garage (sand toys, kites, bikes were a great added bonus. I would highly recommend staying here.

Well furnished, lovely beach house

Great location and really nice home. Mike communicated with us and we had everything we needed. We had our 8 year old granddaughter with us. There were so many toys and games for children. We would definitely rent the home again.

Great house, great location for a family fun retreat

This house is very convenient, comfortable, well-maintained, well-equipped, and artfully decorated. It is located in a quiet community, with ready access to the long, wide-open, soft-sand beach, located just beyond a high dune. A well-maintained boardwalk extends to the crest of the dune, where there is a large overlook platform, providing a panoramic ocean view. From there, a steep descent down the soft-sand face of the dune leads to the gently-sloped, extensive sandy beach, which is ideal for family fun. However, returning to the boardwalk by climbing the steep, soft-sand face of the dune can be challenging. Thankfully, less than a mile away there is easy auto access and parking directly on the beach; even at this peak season, it was easy to find open space on the beach to set up a "base" for the day. Some nearby points of interest are the dunes and superb tide pools of Cape Kiwanda, the activities of the famous Dory Fishing Fleet, Haystack Rock, and Pelican Pub. The central location of Pacific City is ideal for day trips to other central Coast attractions. The owners are very accommodating, and readily available to address any issues which might arise during the stay. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone seeking a fun, family beach retreat.

We had a wonderful vacation here. Setting is beautiful, house and beds are comfortable, and beach is right over the dune. Having beach towels, kites, and bikes was the icing on the cake!

House was OK - Pacific City is Wonderful

Our family stayed over the 4th of July Weekend. The home was average nice. Our biggest complaint was no BBQ. The owner stated that because of the beach grass they have not been allowed to have a BBQ in 4 years. There were 2 other families in our party with homes rented in the same subdivision & both had BBQ's? The downstairs TV was old & we could never figure out how to get the cable TV to work, but that is minor since we weren't there to watch TV. The master bedroom was very nice & private. We upset the owner (who was watching us the entire time across the street) because we had an afternoon where the other families visiting in Pacific City were over for dinner. Each family traditionally has dinner for the other families one night, this has never been a problem in the past couple of years that we have stayed in Pacific City for the 4th. I can assure you the home was treated very respectfully & most everyone was outside on the small deck & in the sand where we set up a corn hole game. The house was cleaner when we left then when we got there. The owner peaking in the grass & doing a constant head count was very unsettling & quite honestly made staying in this home very uncomfortable. We never exceeded the maximum guest actually staying & sleeping in the house. The parking in Shorepine is AWFUL - there is never any room in the overflow area either. I would not recommend this house for families, especially with families meeting with multiple vehicles.

Resposta do proprietário: THE NIGHTMARE EVERY HOME OWNER RENTER DREADS ! Let’s just cut to the meat of this horrible situation… JENNIE A.VRBO/HOMEAWAy RESERVATION AND OUR SIGNED LEASE STATED THAT FOUR (4) ADULTS AND TWO (2) CHILDREN- SIX (6) TOTAL WOULD BE STAYING IN OUR HOME-AND THAT OUR HOME CAN ACCOMMODATE TWO AUTOS. I received two HOA calls while Jennie A stayed at our beach house. The first call, she had several cars parking illegally all over Shorepine Village streets. Went and asked them to move them. The Second call from HOA, was that now our guests were being loud and again parking where they shouldn’t. I went down to talk to her again and JENNIE A that made the reservation, signed the lease, wasn’t even at our beach house. The home had over 25-30 people, partying, drinking, everywhere. Upstairs, downstairs, out on the rear deck, in the front of the home……EVERYWHERE. I couldn’t believe it. It clearly states in our lease that the maximum person allowed in the home IS EIGHT (8). NOT 25-30 PEOPLE. And that our LEASE STATES that our home is a family orientated home, NOT A PARTY HOUSE. I was totally beside myself. Then when I entered my own home to talk to JENNIE or whoever was in charge, I had some guy give me crap about “what’s your problem dude”. So, without hesitation…..I told him and everyone what the problem was. I should have kicked all of them out immediately. I had every legal right to according to our lease. I told them most would have to leave immediately. I was kind enough to not throw the remaining people out cause I was assured by supposedly JENNIE A. mother that for the duration of their stay, they would “live by the rules” that they should have from the very start. I honestly couldn’t wait for them to leave. Wow……..WHAT A NIGHTMARE. So in conclusion, I believe everyone that reads this response, I would just say, that the rest of JENNIE A. comments and REVIEW should be taken in the same context as her truthfulness in reading, her acknowledgement of only six persons being in our home and her agreeing to, abiding by and signing our detailed lease which clearly states/outlines all house rules, regulations, parking, total amount of persons in the house….everything . JENNIE A. HAD ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR THE LEASE, MY HOME, OR ME AND MY WIFE.. I NEVER – NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE,. SO- FUTURE GUESTS- YOU BE THE JUDGE ON WHO’S BEING TRUTHFUL- AND NOTICE THAT EVERY OTHER REVIEW GIVES US A FIVE STAR….WONDERFUL REVIEWS.
