Enjoy your ski vacation in our comfortable two-level 1360 sq. ft. townhouse. You can view the ski slopes while relaxing in the private spa or basking in the warm glow of the wood burning stove. Spacious vaulted ceilings, windows, and glass doors to 4 decks provide spectacular views of Winter Park Resort, the Continental Divide, and Byers Peak. On the lower level, the floor plan is ideal; the two bedrooms and baths in separate wings, afford privacy. The baths also have new chair height ADA compliant toilets for your comfort. The expansive great room concept on the upper level combines living and dining with a kitchen layout that makes serving food at the breakfast bar or dining room a pleasure. The fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer add to the unit's convenience. For your entertainment, the living room has a new 47' wide screen TV and DVD. The master bedroom also has a new wide screen TV. Parking is right in front of the front deck with just a few steps and quick access to the unit. The condo’s location grants you access to an array of winter activities, including the nearby tubing hill and recreation center with exercise facilities, and an indoor pool. The condo is 10 minutes from the ski area by car or free shuttle; it is close to restaurants, shuttle stop and Safeway. The Fraser Valley Distilling, highly rated for both food and spirits is steps away.

Sun River is a 12-unit complex that is located along the Fraser River. Our condo boasts panoramic views of the mountains and is within walking distance of restaurants, retail stores, bars, shuttle stops, and the Fraser Library; it is also just a few minutes to the Fraser Snow Tubing Hill, Colorado Adventure Park, Grand Park Recreation Center, a new skating rink, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. Winter Park Ski Resort, a world class resort and Colorado’s favorite, is nearby. The ski resort’s five ski area’s--Winter Park, Mary Jane, Vasquez Cirque, Vasquez Ridge, and Parsenn Bowl--are interconnected and satisfy all ability levels. It is an affordable family resort with a wonderful Ski School and award winning terrain parks to challenge snowboarders. The uphill lift capacity of 36,900 per hour ensures less time in line and more time on the slopes. When you are not on the slopes, you can dine or shop in the newly developed Village at Winter Park for the total ski experience.

In addition to a full range of winter sport activities, the area is also a wonderful summer vacation spot. The townhouse is located along the Fraser River and the Fraser River trail, ideal for walking or cycling. The Alpine Slide, mountain biking and hiking are a few of the activities offered at Winter Park Resort. The Pole Creek Golf Course a few miles away is rated as one of the best, if not the most scenic, in the state. Within 30 minutes, you can enjoy the programs, hiking, and spectacular vistas of Rocky Mountain National Park as well as three mountain lakes.

Great vacation for family of 5
Wonderful place to stay for our family of 5. We skied everyday and came back to enjoy the wood burning fireplace and hot tub. The condo is stocked with everything you could ever need for a home cooked dinner. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Winter wonderland
This was a great home base for my kids and I. Everything you need is stocked. The drive to Winter Park resort was less than 10 mins. You can watch the tubers at Fraser tubing hill out the living room slider. The private hot tub at the end of the day was amazing!!! Would absolutely recommend and would stay again. Perfect winter break!

Great base to ski
This is the second time we’ve stayed here to ski. Nice condo in a great location. It’s a short 10 min drive to Winter Park (would suggest parking in Mary Jane lot). . Also walking distance to Fraser Valley Distillery, Camber brewing, Fraser River Brewery and close to the Safeway Grocery.

Perfect location and good size for family of 5
We loved this condo, it was a perfect fit for us, we slept in the master and our 3 kids slept in the 2nd bedroom. Location was perfect, walk to downtown fraser and quick access to the highway yet quiet. Excellent easy parking right in front of the unit and large kitchen space for meals. We loved it here, go tubing and go to the Fraser Valley Distillery.

Great location and a comfortable, cozy condo!
This property is perfectly located if you’re skiing at Winter Park. There is plenty of space, comfortable beds and of course the hot tub is great after a day of skiing. I would definitely recommend this listing!

After looking at properties in Vail, we decided to purchase a property in the Winter Park area because we wanted to spend our days skiing rather than standing in lift lines. Also, the resort has skiing for all levels from beginners to expert. We fell in love with the area during summer visits taking advantage of three lakes as well as Rocky Mountain National Park within 20-30 miles of Sun River. Our family also enjoys the Alpine Slide and biking trails in the summer at the resort.

Restaurants and local attractions in the area cater to families and offer reasonable costs. Local residents are welcoming and there is a real sense of community here.

Located in a small development of 12 townhouses, close to U.S. 40 and along the Fraser River, it is a quick trip to the Winter Park Resort.

Finally, not many properties in the area have both free WiFi and a private spa.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

What attracted me to this property is that, unlike many condos and townhomes, there is plenty of space, natural light and views of Byers Peak and the ski area.
The private spa on the deck has a beaurtiful view of the ski area and the Continental Divide. The bedrooms are on the lower level while the living area on the upper level has doors and windows to add to the unit's warmth. There is nothing better than the warm Colorado sun streaming in to brighten a winter day!

Additionally, the other 11 townhouses are either primary or second homes for the owners that are used during ski season on the weekends and only sporadically in the summer. I hope you enjoy this property as much as my family has.
