Ambos abertos e enfrentar o mar, com uma excelente vista. Área tranquila e arborizada, o sol se põe sobre o porto acima da linha de costa subdesenvolvido para fora na frente do contorno da plataforma! Perfeito para a temporada de folha de queda. Big doca, fácil entrada em waterfront swimmable com abundância de costa para as crianças a explorar e pegar lagostas. Fantastic casa lago Sebago Cove com enorme rodeia deck com vista para a água, escondido em uma tranquila e arborizada rua sem saída. Casa acabado de passar por alguns anos atrás - cozinhas, banheiros, guarnição / carpintaria, pintura, deck, sentando-se em grande lote orla arborizada privada com 120 metros de cais, grande doca e amarração.
Não pode aliviar o preço para, basicamente, uma casa de dois quartos (3/1 no andar de cima e um 2/1 no térreo) Amarração para dois barcos, um par de canoas para mexer em, agradável pit pouco fogo - apesar de tudo, todos os principais precisa para uma grande semana para a família
Oxford Casino apenas uma maneira de carro de 30 minutos, Shawnee Peak é apenas a cidade mais próxima. Traga barcos, jet skis, motos, dirtbikes, 4 rodas, 3 rodas, caminhões de bombeiros, General Lee, de asa-delta, o que quer
This home is a diamond in the rough, beautifully located on the handle of the Sabego. It's cozy, spacious, and has some pretty amazing views from the inside; sitting right at the water's edge,it's just a short walk down to the private dock. We've enjoyed cable both on the main floor and downstairs on large HD flatscreen televisions, and have had various gatherings with friends who rave about the gorgeous house and views. We've spent our winter here, and couldn't be happier with the rental. The roads stay decently clear and plowed, and the home stays fairly warm. The owner has been a pleasure to work with, and we hope to return again.
Be aware that the kitchen and linens in this house are not suitable for 10-12 people (not even 5). We had to buy plastic silverware and cups and borrow towels, sheets and blankets from a friend. Some of the beds just had a sleeping bag thrown on them and one had no blankets at all. There was a huge pile of trash by the parking area that was the first thing everyone noticed when they visited, plus two additional piles of stuff on the deck and behind the tv. The kitchen had the worst selection of pots and pans and when we complained he said "call the housekeeper" who then brought over three small frying pans. The downstairs area had a horrible smell of mold and cat urine that bothered those who slept there. The place just had a general feeling of neglect and that is a shame as it could be a great rental with some effort and a little investment.
My family of 4 just returned home from a beautiful week on Sebago Lake at this home. The failrly new owner has been making some obvious improvements to the house and his renovations were chosen well. I was nervous before we went because there are not alot of pictures of the entire house but my fears were put to rest. It is all that you need for a week of fun in the sun (or snow). After speaking with the owner while we were there, he is aware of some of the basics that still need to be addressed but they are minor and did not affect our stay. I recommend this house.
Short and sweet - this place has it all – swim, dock, mooring, internet, cable TV’s, canoe, big lot, lots of waterfront, and lots of parking – and it is all private and your own! Clean, housekeeping was nice, and most importantly, when you compare the price to other comparable places ON the lake, can’t beat it. Thanks again!
This house has a mouse problem - not just in the basement but in the living area including the kitchen and dining areas. There were droppings at the top of the basement stairs when we arrived the first evening - we should've left then but we gave it a chance given that we had just spent a lot of money for a weeks stay on a lake in Maine. The next morning there were droppings in the dining room which we cleaned up and the next morning there were more and they were all over the living area including on my son's high chair. By the time we moved out at noon on the second day we were finding droppings under the coffee table, around the refrigerator, etc. The owner of this property knew that I had small children before I sent the rent check. They're 2 1/2 yrs and 11 mos and spend their days playing on the floor and putting things in their mouths so these conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The owner claimed this is the first he had heard of the problem and confirmed that an exterminator would be there the next day. I knew that this wouldn't be a short-term fix and could result in my children playing with mice traps, poison and/or dead mice so we had to leave for the health of our children. We had been in the house for less than 48hrs. The owner has refused to refund any of my hard-earned money for a lost vacation stating that the house is "solid but in the woods of Maine, there are mice in every house up there" and "if mice made a house unlivable then Boston would be shut down". Maybe my expectations of cleanliness are higher than others but I doubt it. The mice were too extensive for the cleaning people not to notice, the droppings would be everywhere after a week. And I find it hard to believe that other renters tolerated this though I can confirm there were other renters there before us (wet laundry in the washer). Sadly I've lost a family vacation and my only recourse is to do the right thing for subsequent renters. Please do yourself a favor and keep searching for a cleaner home with an owner who cares about more than the money.
