*We have transferrable ferry tickets for purchase with the rental of the home. Ferry tickets are roundtrip for the weeks of June 29 to July 6 and July 6 to 13*

Spacious Contemporary Home on 1.4 acres of Wooded Property Close to Beach & Town. Four bedrooms (2 new queen mattresses, 1 full, 2 twin beds). The house is air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is newly renovated and the dining room seats 8 people. The kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine. There are two full baths and 1 outdoor shower. The house has many amenities. There is a 46' HD flat screen TV, Cable, WiFi access, Bose stereo. There are towels and sheets available for use while renting but they must be washed and dried before leaving. Another option is to bring your own towels and sheets or rent them on the island. Some companies drop off and pick up. Beach towels are usually available. There is a washer and dryer in the finished basement. There is a large deck in back facing southward and a balcony upstairs on the north side. A gas grill and outdoor furniture are on the deck.

As a renter of a home in West Tisbury, you can purchase a pass to beautiful Lambert's Cove Beach from the town offices. The house is one mile from the Atlantic Ocean where you can swim in either the ocean or a fresh water pond. This property is within a mile of the house and is owned by the Trustees of Reservations. You can purchase passes or memberships to use this beautiful beach. The house is also one mile from the bike path which goes to all main towns.

Fullers Housecleaning Company who have cleaned our home for over 20 years have updated their cleaning procedures. They are currently using industry standard best practice procedures as there are no longer any local or state mandates relating to Covid-19. The home is cleaned before and after your arrival. The garbage is collected once a week. These expenses are included in the rental price.

Our trip to Martha's Vineyard

We had a lovely stay in this very well-appointed home. We loved the location because of its privacy, but its proximity to the bike path and Long Point Wildlife Refuge made it easy for our family and extra special. We did a lot of cooking and loved the kitchen and grill Lots of games around the kitchen table and mornings on the deck. All in all, it was a perfect trip. The DeWitts were so easy to correspond with and helpful whenever we had questions.

VINEYARD VACATION

Excellent location for biking, walking, and going for a run in the neighborhood and to the beach. The house has a great open space to gather in the kitchen and living room. The DeWitts were very responsive when contacted.

First trip to the Vineyard

We loved exploring the entire island. We will be back! The house had everything we needed! We would definitely recommend the house to anyone thinking about visiting Martha’s Vineyard.

MV in the woods

We love the property. It was a great location, close to the Long Point beach. Martha's Vineyard has lots to offer in the way of walking trails and places to get away.

House close to beaches and Edgartown. Lovely kitchen and common living space. Quiet area and very bike-able.
