Welcome to Côté Rêve, large 1 bedroom with ocean view !
The brand new 1 bedroom duplex in the heart of Orient Beach, in a small caribean property with a community pool.

We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces like light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc... before you will check in.

2 mn walk from the most beautiful beach of the Caribbean via a private path, 3 mn walk from th Village Square with its 7 restaurants, its supermarket, bakery and small shops, you are in the perfect location for your vacation.

You like to live 'Au Naturel', Club O, the nude beach is 5 mn walk along the shore...

You are looking for a place to relax your body and soul, looking for total privacy? Looking for quiet? But also looking for a place close to all entertainments? Côté Rêve is made for you! The entrance is at level 1 : the living room with its open kitchen are open on the terrace, you live inside and outside in a large living space. The kitchen is full equipped, washing machine/ dryer , dish washer, large fridge +freezer, micro-wave, Nespresso coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster... and all you need to cook.
You can have your meals at the bar in the kitchen or outside, on the Caribbean terrace on the large table or on the lounge area. In the living room, a confortable sofa , a flat TV with satellite and lots of US channels, a DVD player, a Bose for your music, a dining area, and speed WIFI if you need to relax and stay in contact with your family and friends (and work sometimes!)

Upstairs, you will find the bedroom, a king size bed, with a brand new pilow-top mattress for exquisite sleeping confort and unforgettable nights, large closets, a digital safe and beside, the large bathroom. For you convenience, you will find a wc at each level.

Outside, you have a large private terrace with a dining area and a lounge area... and a free minibar with homemade Rhums Arrangés !

We live few steps from Côté Rêve, so we will be there to welcome you and give you the keys.

Heaven on Earth

We stayed for three weeks over the Christmas holidays. The property was well-maintained and had good WIFI Internet access for streaming. There was a niceTV in the bedroom upstairs and larger TV in the living room. We had beautiful views toward the ocean from the living room deck and from the upstairs bedroom window. We often dined on the deck at the small built-in railing table. Everything worked well in the kitchen. The food store with the basics needs was just a five minute walk from the property as were about 10 restaurants with great dining opportunities. The seldom used clean freshwater pool on the property was a nice change from the saltwater and was a comfortable temperature. It could have used some shade umbrellas to give a bit of protection from the hot midday sun. Our hosts were very accommodating and were easy to communicate with. They answered all our questions and gave us some delicious chocolates, 3 decanters of fruited rum and a bottle of Champagne for a Christmas present during our stay, It was a wonderful vacation.

Much needed vacation

Our stay in December was exactly what we needed before the Holidays. Everything with this rental was beyond perfect: the location is right off the beach, and we spent every evening relaxing listening to the waves nearby. Very clean, all the amenities were there. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with, connecting with me on Whatsapp months prior to our stay to keep us up to date on current COVID travel protocols, etc. They helped us locate our rental car company, and made great recommendations for our stay. ALl the little touches were just perfect. I cannot praise this property high enough. And of course, St Martin was absolutely beautiful for our first stay. We will be coming back!
