A propriedade fica a uma curta, unidade de cinco minutos para o popular Pocono Raceway e está localizado um fácil 15 minutos de carro do Camelback Ski Resort, que se torna um emocionante parque aquático nos meses de verão. Em algum lugar entre você encontrará Mount Airy Casino se você se encontrar com sorte ... Isto é, se você quiser sair de casa toda a sua estadia. Há muito para mantê-lo ocupado na casa do lago de pedalinhos para as redes populares ou tentar sua mão em cozinhar na churrasqueira a gás com vista sobre o lago pitoresco. we had between 3 and 9 people in the house over the course of a week and it was really great. the layout made chilling in and out of the house seamless and quite enjoyable. The boats were great and the yard space was fantastic, both back and front. If you go here you can say hi to the bear we saw :)

Stayed first week of July 2018- Hot and no a/c
The location of this house is very nice. The back yard and beach/dock was fun for the kids and adults. We also enjoyed making s'mores on the fire pit. Andy was very responsive when called and even allowed us to replace a broken patio umbrella when his broke.
We would not rent this house again due to the lack of a/c and the musty/mildew smells in the lower level of the home. The house was not "clean" and needs many things updated/maintained like the sliding screen door, fan in kitchen. When it rained we actually had water on the floor of the lower level coming in, into the lower level family room and bathroom- we did not have windows or doors open.
The kitchen had most (camp quality) of what you need for your stay but was not clean. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on premise.
THIS COULD BE A VERY NICE PROPERTY WITH THROUGH CLEANING AND UPDATING!! Again Andy was very nice and the location was great with a very nice back yard/beach/dock but we would not stay again due to the lack of a/c and cleanliness/maintenance of house.
As much as we welcome all feedback, I wish you had fed this back early on in your stay so we could have addressed your concerns and tried to make your stay a better one rather than mentioning it three months later.
There was a mix up with the cleaning company on dates but they were extremely apologetic, offered to come back and I believe we refunded that money to you.
Unfortunately, when something like a screen door breaks, we often won’t know until someone lets us know but will always react as best we can, much like the umbrella situation. I believe this is part of the partnership with house rentals and we didn’t find out until after you left.
The house is updated every year; the last of the carpets will be taken out and replaced with vinyl laminate flooring to match the other rooms. A/C has never been advertised and we find the fans work well. However, for some guests A/C is needed.
We are always committed to making this property the best one it can be, but for that to happen we need timely feedback. However, we will certainly take this on board and check that everything has been addressed.
With AC, high end dishes, etc. that you are referencing, guests usually book luxury lake houses that will be 50-100% higher in cost to ours. We enjoy the lake house feel and that’s what we are aiming for rather than an all white, hotel-style property.

Great location. Lots of room. Close to everything. Owner was very helpful.
The house worked for us for the Presidents Day weekend. We had two families with 4 people each. We were lucky if two people were able to get hot showers around the same time. The view is beautiful and would be great for summer. I would suggest some upgrades especially pots and pans. We had to wash everything before using it. So it’s an older home but with lots of mountain charm.

Our family and pets had a wonderful time at this Emerald lakes home in the poconos. House had plenty of room for 7 adults, 6 month old baby and several dogs. We enjoyed spending quality family time on the deck and on the beach. Plenty of water toys...we used the kayaks, paddle boats and there is a rowboat too. Plenty of chairs to sit around the fire pit for late nite chats and to make samore's. You can find firewood at the local Lowes. We plan to go back to this very private vacation home!

The whole family loved the place on the lake. We had such a great week. Plenty of room for all and very close to other attractions. It was so relaxing and the weather cooperated.
