Apenas 45 minutos de Beverly Hills, e do Aeroporto LAX. Quinze minutos da animada Santa Monica e uma hora de distância da bela Santa Barbara e suas vinícolas de renome mundial. Este local oferece um excelente acesso a museus, artes cênicas, lojas, restaurantes de classe mundial, caminhadas extraordinária, pesca, parques para crianças e Califórnia?s praias de surf famosos.
Encontre-se a poucos passos da areia com uma vista deslumbrante sobre o Oceano Pacífico. Este condomínio de praia de luxo está localizado à direita da Pacific Coast Highway, na bela cidade de Malibu. As bolsas condo-lhe acesso a uma praia privada, do lado da praia churrasco, uma quadra de vôlei de areia, mesas de piquenique, piscina aquecida, jacuzzi, sauna, ginásio, 2 campos de ténis, fantástica local de surf, e uma casa com todas as comodidades.
Tudo que você precisa trazer é a sua escova de dentes!
Passe o café da manhã ter com os pés na areia, tomar um passeio até a costa de alguns dos melhores restaurantes da Califórnia, ou enrolar-se em frente à lareira ao som das ondas quebrando na costa. Verdadeiramente um lar acolhedor e confortável onde você pode realmente colocar os pés para cima.
Comunidade, tranquila fechado. Ótimo local surf. Quadras de tênis recém-renovado, piscina, banheira de hidromassagem e ginásio. Vistas espetaculares do oceano e litoral. 2-car estacionamento coberto. Praia privada com churrasqueiras a carvão para churrasco, vôlei de praia e área para piquenique.
We stayed at the condo for 2 months. Check in and Check out procedures were very simple. The private Beach was full of big rocks, so we had to go to Zuma Beach. I would stay here again in the future for sure!
I loved the condo's location, north of the main part of town, which is peaceful.
The facility has its own beach, tennis courts, an outdoor pool and hot tub, laundry facilities. I often used the fitness room nearby. You can park in a garage close by, in this gated property.
The listing description was accurate regarding location, layout and amenities.
The condo was clean.
Elle, the person who was providing on going support, was responsive and helpful. I think it would be helpful for renters to have written information about the area.
This condo has a number of extra fees in the contract. Renters should ascertain the complete cost.
Malibu has much to offer that I took advantage of, including good birding, hiking, nearby places to rollerblade. The area has fine art nearby and you can get into LA easily, if you are looking for a rich cultural experience.
I would recommend people stay here.
Things I liked about this condo:
Great location just 30 min. from Santa Monica, light traffic on PCH, 24 hr. security, decent parking, lots of closet space, new light fixtures, new Pergo floors, nice furniture and art, close to the beach, endless sightseeing opportunities. Views of Catalina and Palos Verde. Great winter climate (why would you want to go to Palm Springs?) Some nice amenities like top of the line Verizon FIOS HD TV, DVR, Internet and telephone W/ free long distance (but in the end, you pay extra for it).
Things I did not like about this condo:
The true expenses were not revealed up front. I felt like I was nickel and dimed with cleaning fees, move-in fees, move-out fees, utility charges and credit card fees (I reluctantly paid with a check). In the end, the fees were more than originally represented. In my opinion, all of this was somewhat like a bait and switch scheme which left a bad taste in my mouth. I believe that all fees should be disclosed up front. It took 9 weeks to get my deposit returned.
Upon arrival, we spent 4 hours cleaning and sanitizing the facility before it met our cleanliness standards.
There were barking dogs, a neighbor who slams doors, an upstairs neighbor whose every footstep emanates through the ceiling, and noisy construction. There are 8 pages of condo rules but no real instructions on how to use the TV, find the laundry room, gym, swimming pool, etc. No recommendations for shopping, dining or entertainment. You just have to figure it out your self. There is convenient shopping, dining and a movie theatre about 3 miles away.
The bathroom desperately needs updating. Cabinets and fixtures are antiquated, and there is no fan in the bathroom. The shower door keeps falling out of it’s tracks and you have to flush the toilet twice. The mattress is extra firm. There were 16 bath towels, 2 hand towels and two dish towels. Sorry, but I could not recommend this condo to my friends and relatives. But, I sure did enjoy Malibu!
Immaculate, upgraded and well equipped condo with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

Just wanted to thank you for an incredible time in Malibu. Staying in your beach front condo really was living the dream. I stayed two months and wish I could never leave. The place had everything and the beach was magnificent.
