A moradia tem 3 quartos 2 casas de banho, sala de jantar, de estar, lavanderia e cozinha equipada. Um terraço da frente, e um terraço traseiro 2 que leva diretamente para a praia e um parque infantil.
Sleeping acomodações consistem em uma cama queen size no quarto principal, futon tamanho completo em um quarto e uma cama de rodízio (2 twin) no terceiro quarto. Todos os quartos têm ar condicionado e ventiladores elétricos.
Há duas TVs DVD .Cable equipado está disponível para a um na sala de estar comprando e recarregar um pino de Direct TV (instruções fornecidas na villa) .Internet acesso está disponível no convés e em torno do Club House e piscina principal.
Três lugares de estacionamento dois na frente do apartamento e outro perto do Club House e piscina principal.
SERVIÇOS VILLAS DEL MAR
O complexo é um condomínio fechado e possui segurança 24 horas, o acesso a visitantes é monitorada pelo guarda entrada. Duas piscinas. Um a poucos passos do apartamento, e um maior com jacuzzi e piscina infantil, onde pode desfrutar de acesso à Internet. Quadra de tênis e ginásio disponíveis mediante solicitação de chave.
We really stayed there in Feb. of 2015 but the calendar wouldn't let me go back that far. The place was gated and seemed very safe and secure. the accomodations themselves were comfortable and fairly clean. There are only AC''s in the bedrooms which was nice but not as comfortable as it should be when spending time in the living area, dining or especially when cooking in the kitchen. Hopefully this has been improved on by now, but the kitchen pots and pans were not at all in good shape and need to be replaced badly. The were quite old and mis-shapened and were just icky. They need to be replaced with a decent complete set of pots and pans from Costco ! The kitchen cabinets had a mildewey smell and feel. On the other hand, you could sit out on the lanai and see and hear the ocean and watch the iguanas walk by.......that was pretty kewl. There are two pools on the property and the location of this condo made you feel as though you practically had a private pool because it is at the end of the property but closest to the ocean. There was NO TV SERVICE !! Something about you had to buy a TV card and a local store and some other kind of mess. This wasn't good !! I would rather have been charged $3.00 more a day and had the service which the owner could write off as a business expense. Owner was very nice but I think needs help with this property, particularly in the area of hiring a cleaning service between guests (also a write off!). Overall enjoyed our stay but a few things could be improved on.
I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASE WITH MY STAYED AT THIS PLACE. CLEAN, ELEGANT, SPACIOUS, SECURE AND WITH EVERYTHING CLOSE BY. WE (MY WIFE ,MY DAUGHTER AND ME FELT LIKE IN OUR OWN HOUSE BUT NEXT TO A BEAUTIFUL BEACH AND THE GREATE ATTENTION OF DAHLIA THAT SHOWED US HOW HOSPITAL AND SWEET THE PUERTORICAN PEOPLE COULD BE. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE THAT WE WILL RELIVE AGAIN.
We stayed at this apartment for a week in June 2014. Dahlia was excellent in her communication with us. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Remember that this is a blue collar area that gives a much richer experience than the very touristy areas of San Juan. Better food, interesting cultures, closer to the scenery. The complex is gated and guarded 24/7 and they keep the buildings and facilities in incredible shape. The beach is not crowded, which is one of its main draws. You can be at the top of the El Yunque rainforest and be on this beach less than 30 minutes later. Everyone had their vacation filled -- beach, rainforest, hiking, caves, waterfalls, snorkeling. Being far away from the traffic and noise of San Juan was great -- falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and the Coqui frogs was the icing on the cake. If vacation takes us back to PR, we will be calling Dahlia.
