Tommy Bahama condomínio à beira-mar inspirou o coloca alguns passos para as areias brancas de Clearwater Beach. Não há necessidade de atravessar a rua para ir para a areia! Clearwater Beach é conhecida por sua areia fina e açúcar branco e beleza intocada. A praia aqui é calmo, cênica, e limpos; ótimo para banhos de sol, andar, correr, tranquilos passeios à noite e assistir sol espectacular.
A piscina aquecida está a poucos passos de distância.
Este primeiro andar, caminhar-up, dois quartos, dois banheiros condomínio foi completamente remodelados com mobiliário novo. Ele está localizado em um bloco de praia tranquila em um prédio de oito unidades. Não é reservado, estacionamento coberto, bem como estacionamento para os clientes.
O condomínio pode dormir 6-7 com uma cama king size, duas camas de casal e uma rainha sofá-cama. Cabo de base é fornecida com TVs em todos os quartos e na sala de estar. Sem fio de alta velocidade à Internet também é fornecido.
Você está apenas a dez minutos a pé de toda a acção em torno de Clearwater Beach Pier ea sazonal, livre, entretenimento nocturno e música no cais.
Está a 30 minutos do Aeroporto Internacional de Tampa e perto de todos os grandes restaurantes de praia, lojas e atracções, incluindo 90 minutos para a Disney, Universal Studios e Sea World e duas horas para Kennedy Space Center. Busch Gardens \ 'parque de diversões \', Adventure Island \ 'parque aquático \', e Lowry Park Zoo, em Tampa estão apenas a 40 minutos de distância.

Pros: The unit was fabulous, clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, hot shower, washer/dryer, full kitchen,....absolutely excellent. Beach was absolutely stunning, and restaurants were fabulous.
Cons: Pool area was nice, but they were working on something in the front condos with an extremely loud compressor, a lot of men walking in and out of the gates slamming them closed, not relaxing. It wasn't mentioned that they were under construction.
This unit is not waterfront, it's on a short, tight, side street that has rental cottages across the street, this particular week they were filled with inconsiderate 60+ yo folks partying until the wee hours of the morning outside at the picnic table. When their friends left they made even more noise getting into their cars....at between 1 & 3 in the morning. This was two weeks before Presidents week, but we also had young drivers driving up and down the blocks blowing their horn and screaming out of the windows at odd hours. The master bedroom is on the street side.
Lastly, but most annoying was the cleaning staff. While still at home a couple of days prior to our departure I received my first call asking what time I'm arriving Saturday..she really pressed for a specific time, so that they could plan. I said after 4:00 as requested, couldn't say exactly as I was traveling and there were too many variables. The LAST thing I am concerned with on vacation is the time!! Then on Thursday morning I received another call on my cell phone asking me when I'm leaving on Saturday, because they wanted to plan.....then again on Friday morning as I was making breakfast they called on the unit phone and let it ring for over 15 times....Again wanting to know when we were leaving on Saturday morning.... I understand that they need to plan, but their responsibility should NEVER be imposed on the vacationer, especially two days prior. Each minute on vacation is savored, the approach was as though she was very busy and needed to know so she could plan her day.... that's not my problem, nor should it become any renters problem as long as they are out by 10:00 as requested. I don't see anything wrong with asking upon check in, asking "IF" we have an early flight on check out, or do we think we'd like to stay longer, maybe put door hangers in the units, so that upon leaving the renters can hang them on the handle indicating they've left.
I loved the location and proximity to the beach. The space nicely accommodated my family of six. With four children ranging in ages between 21 and 12 there was something for each and everyone of them to do. I loved the pool being close by and on the property. The property is in walking distance to many great restaurants and the pier. We would definitely return to this same property of available next time we return
Felt welcomed and at home from the moment we gained access to our home away from home. ..rooms were clean and smelled fresh, would have been nice to have beach towels as we did not realize we needed to bring them...lots of everything else
Would definitely return. Enjoy how close it was to the beach, great restaurants around also.
Very nice, clean and comfortable. Galley kitchen was more than ample. Dining room and living room very comfortable. Enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning.
The condo is neat and clean. Nice to be on the north end of the beach, as it is quiet and restful. The folks in the office were very accommodating and friendly. The only thing missing was beach towels.
