Sleeps 7 - 3 ensuite bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.)

Casa Robles is a well-appointed private family home in the heart of the Napa Valley, in St. Helena's West side, located on a residential neighborhood steps from Main Street and everything the town has to offer are just two blocks from the house. (Fine dining, shopping, restaurants, wineries, tasting rooms, St. Helena’s historic Cameo cinema theater.)

Our property is on 1/3 of an acre and there are two houses. The main house in front is our vacation rental with its own front yard, front porch and private deck in back garden for dining and relaxing under a stately oak tree .

Graced with time-honored features, including a broad front porch and a hanging porch swing, a two-story entry hall with a classic banister staircase and formal living room with fireplace.

The house has three en suite bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and can comfortably sleep six people. Bedroom on first floor has a queen bed, the other 2 bedrooms which are upstairs one offer a king bed and a the second a queen bed.

Living room with wood burning fireplace, open kitchen/dining room with window seat, media room and large en suite guest room. The dining room, kitchen and guest room open directly to the backyard graced with a heritage oak tree and set up for al fresco dining and relaxation. Front porch is lovely and warm in winter afternoons.

There is an office/library that is closed off when house is rented, it does not affect the flow since it is in the back of the house.

Second unit in back, which is completely separate with its own entrance and garden, is used by owner. Driveway is shared by both houses.

Our property holds a legal permit for Short Term Rentals with the City of St. Helena - Permit # PL22-024.
Note: Rentals under 30 days are required by St.Helena Ordinance to have a short term rental permit listed on any property marketing ads.

Contract and Short Term Rental Ordinance are both enclosed.

Events are not allowed at the home. Number of overnight guests is 6 and no more than 8 people can be present on property at any given time.
We have a strict "quiet hours" policy (10pm-7am), especially when outdoors, as the home is located in a residential neighborhood.

Absolutely lovely property-Perfect Napa getaway
Our group was incredibly happy with our stay at Paulina's home. The home is immaculate and very well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed the house's location and to be able to walk to Model Bakery in the morning, down Madrona Avenue for morning vineyard views and to local restaurants for dinner. The common spaces are well set up to host 3 couples, as everyone has their own bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, which is a real perk of this property. The communication with Paulina was great, she checked in on us shortly after we arrived and it was clear she was on hand if we needed anything, which we did not. She was also incredibly thoughtful to let us know what items would be in the kitchen/fridge on hand for our arrival. She also provided a wonderful bottle of wine for us to enjoy, very thoughtful gesture that was appreciated! I can't say enough about how perfect this home and outdoor space was for our group. Would love to return in a heartbeat!

We had 3 couples staying here and the home was perfect as we all had our own space and the location was excellent. Right in the heart of downtown St Helena with amazing restaurants, shops, coffee, and Model Bakery!

We Loved This Place.
I can’t recommend this house enough. The layout and location were absolutely perfect for our group of six. There are several highlights to this house. Having three large bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great. Everyone had their own space to retreat to, but we had several areas to come together. Our favorite was the back patio. We all started our mornings with coffee out there and ended the evenings there with a glass of wine. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking, but there is not much need to cook when you have the location that it does. St. Helena has several highly rated restaurants that you can easily walk to. Plenty of great coffee shops and bakeries are just a few blocks away. I highly recommend this house and the town of St. Helena. You will not be disappointed. It will help to make for an amazing trip as it did for us.

I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago, Chile. Studied Interior Architecture and Design at CCA, California College of the Arts in San Francisco.

The location of our house is ideal, can walk everywhere, this is one of the main reasons why we bought this property. This town is charming, sophisticated yet simple and friendly and I love that it is also an agricultural community.

Few minutes walk from everything the town has to offer. Restaurants, parks, schools, playgrounds, movies, coffee houses, grocery stores, churches, library, Beringer Vineyards, Spottswoode Winery, CIA, Charles Krug. Can take great hikes, long walks or bicycle rides on country lanes enjoying magnificent views and fantastic weather. If you want to venture out of town to Calistoga (north) to check out the mud baths or spend the afternoon at Solage Spa and Resort or go the opposite way to Yountville (south) to explore more restaurants, a few by our local talented chef Thomas Keller (French Laundry, Bouchon, La Calenda, Ad Hoc, Addendum) or Chef Cindy Pawlcyn, founder/owner of Mustards Grill, Bistro Jeanty by Phillip Jeanty, R+D and several other really good restaurants, shopping, art galleries or perhaps a bit of golf, the ride is no longer than 15 minutes in either direction. St. Helena bustles with activity and energy during the day, once 6 o'clock rolls in the town quiets down for your enjoyment of beautiful quiet evenings while sipping a glass of wine on the front porch, the back deck under the stately Oak or in front of the fireplace.
