The Cottage At Springwood is located in the Shenandoah Valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains and nestled in a walnut grove by a babbling brook in the James River Valley.
This 1908 farm house has been fully restored with all modern conveniences. There are four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The first floor has a fully equipped modern kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining room for eight, a bedroom with twin beds and private bath, and another full bath.
The second floor has a bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with full bed and a full bath between them, a tv room, and a master bedroom with king size bed and master bath.
Outside there are upper and lower front porch decks with a deck and grill in the back.
Local activities include fishing, canoeing, kayaking and tubing on the james river. Hiking, biking and birding and local winery tastings.
