Nossa casa está localizada a apenas 75 'da praia, em uma enseada privada em Long Island, Bahamas. Ela tem dois quartos, o mestre tem uma cama queen size com portas envidraçadas com vista para a bela lagoa azul, o segundo quarto tem duas camas individuais que olham sobre os jardins. A cozinha totalmente equipada, sala de estar, sala de jantar e todos abrem para a vista pitoresca do Caribe. As portas francesas da sala de estar aberta para grande deck de 1.000 pés quadrados.
Também disponível na propriedade é um apartamento de 600 pés quadrados que fica em cima da garagem, que tem uma cama queen size, banheiro privativo e cozinha. A propriedade é paisagísticos, como é foi a nossa profissão e agora o nosso hobby!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Maring's Beach House which accommodated 2 adult couples perfectly. The house is beautifully and privately located overlooking the incredible Bahama blue water. The house was clean, comfortable and well furnished. It is a great location for beach walking, swimming, kayaking and exploring the island. Many thanks to the Marings for sharing their home. Beautiful private property. Stunning beaches. Very clean. Easy access to Clarence Town for food and restaurants. Great access to beaches on both coasts. Highly recommended if you want to wind down in some peace and quiet.
We just returned from a great Thanksgiving week vacation and already planning to return soon. The house was great and the location is one of the best on the island. After driving from one end of the island to the other and everywhere in between, we couldn't be happier with our choice of where to stay. There is nothing fancy about the house but thats what gives it the true island vibe that we were looking for. Great views, comfortable breezes, and the sounds of the waves on the rocks. The layout was great as well and with the daybeds in the living room, you can lounge around and even use them for extra bunks if needed. The wood beamed tent ceilings and some local artwork were nice touches on the interior. The property manager Ernest was a great host and gave us some good local knowledge as well. We have travelled to almost every island in the Bahamas and they all have a different feel. This was our second trip to Long Island and it definitely ranks high on the list. If you want to get away from the tourists and the crowds, this is the place. It is a relatively undiscovered gem with some of the nicest resident islanders you are going to meet.
House is situated a stone's throw from the water on a protected bay with white sand beaches all to yourself. There were three in our group and the household amenities could have supported twice our number.
Clarence Town is a tiny little village in a remote but relatively accessible part of the Bahamas. If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place with clear water and little development, this is your spot.
The property manager was available to help us with questions regarding any aspect of our stay on the island.
The absence of air conditioning was only an issue on still nights when the no-see-ums would get thru the screens. We understand that air conditioning will be installed. As long as there is a breeze, which is most of the time, it is very comfortable with overhead fans and open windows.
We would give five stars next time once there is a remedy for the no-see-ums
What a great place! My husband and I had a lovely, restful vacation in this perfectly appointed and comfortable home. My first inclination was to tell no one, as in " call a place paradise and kiss it goodbye" but this lovely house on it's gorgeous beach , near the picturesque town of Clarence Town, Long Island, will live in our memories forever .
