I can't say enough to relate how incredibly wonderful our stay was at KoOlina. From the staff to the amenities, it was truly a vacation in paradise. We rented a 3 bedroom, 3 bath with two lanais for our family of 8. It was so comfortable and spacious. The kitchen allowed us to have slow mornings and leisurely breakfasts. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment for us to use during our stay. The pools were gorgeous and there were plenty of very comfortable, cushioned lounging chairs available whenever we would go. (My favorite were the wicker leaves!) Also, it was never crowded. I also loved the bar where we could buy drinks and small snacks for the family. KoOlina is located in an area that has plenty of places nearby to eat and shop. I am looking forward to returning soon and staying longer at KoOlina!

Great time!

The condo was exceptionally beautiful inside and out even more so in person. The double lanai was amazing as we were spoiled by the view and tropical breezes from the trade winds. It had everything we needed including spices. Jay was outstanding! He took us up to our condo showed us everything. He even helped with us with our luggage.The resort grounds were stunning and provided the privacy we were looking for in a resort setting... Kanapali without the crowds. The Tiki bar with Marcy was the best. We would have given 5 stars except for the parking. We rented a Yukon XL which was a poor choice for this venue. They are very limited on parking for larger vehicles, so If you stay here with a larger party we would recommend a van. We had to move 3 times to get an available spot that we could safely fit our car into. All of the staff at the resort were incredibly nice with the exception of the manager Kim. Her customer service was terrible!!! It took several of her staff to convince her to finally give us a stall that was actually available the entire time that ended up perfect for our car. Aside from that, we had the best time and have already recommended this condo to our friends. By the way Oahu was amazing. We have always gone to Maui, but fell in love with Oahu.

This is an amazing property and it was a show stopper. My family is accustomed to lovely accommodations and this property was not a let down. From the staff at the front desk who were so helpful to the bartenders at the pool bar. Everyone was so welcoming and several of them gave us hugs when we left. The penthouse was so spacious and beautiful. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and each bedroom was so spacious with big windows that could also be opened up to take in the beautiful weather. It fit our family perfectly as well as our island family that came to watch fire works with us on our 2 balconies. Each morning we would wake up and open the two sets of balcony doors and let the cross breeze keep everything cool. If I had one area that I wish there was some changes would be some of the appliances. It is a beautiful kitchen but we wanted to cook breakfast each day and dinner on a couple of nights. The stove top and the oven did not heat very well. They took a very long time to heat. That was a little inconvenience. Also there were no cookie sheets or baking items to put biscuits in the oven (biscuits are a Texas breakfast staple). That said we worked around that little inconvenience and it is an easy fix. This property is in walking distance of some wonderful restaurants. This is the place to stay is you want to relax, golf (Ko Olina course across the street), great food and ease to get around the island. We will definitely see if this property is available the next time we travel to the island. Thanks!!

Fantastic Stay!

We had another wonderful time at Ko Olina. Thank you so much Joan and Ron!

We were a big group - 6 adults and 3 kids (7, 4 & 1).

But the place was spacious and located at the best location to view sunset every night.

The kids enjoyed a walk to Lagoons and played a lot at the swimming pools.

It was our second time to stay there and I don't think that we can stay at anywhere else!

Everything was perfect at Ko Olina.

Beach Villa Review of Unit 1021 via Joan Parsons

First off, the good stuff....Beautiful setting and Joan Parsons really was excellent in her communications, follow up and over all representation of the property. She probably is the sole reason I ended up choosing this location over others. No Regrets

What I really didn't care for was the limitations of HomeAway and their 6% fee.....I would never use them with this fee in the future.
