My family had such an amazing time there! It was set up to make you feel just like your at home from towels, to basic products and food spices, everything you could want in the kitchen, and plenty to make a beach excursion completely fun and comfortable!
The temperature of our unit was great! Mostly we did windows and used the trade winds to cool the house, however they do have a air unit in the living room, ceiling fans and two oscillating fans should you need to move air into another direction. Based on some of the reviews, if you are hot in this unit, you're probably doing something wrong.
The management company was fantastic and responsive- helping us out throughout our stay with buying new binoculars(a really nice pair), since the ones that were supposed to be there could not be found. Then they helped accommodate us for a late check out last minute. They also shipped my mom's phone back to her after leaving it in the unit. Great people; if I had a place in Hawaii I would be using their service.
As for the noise, the marina only affects the front unit with noise early in the morning. If your a really light sleeper, take the back bedroom or sleep with one of the oscillating fans. Having the marina there though was pretty convenient when we did our trip with pride for maui for our snorkel excursion. You should also note, I never saw a cruise ship there and it's a smaller marina, especially comparing to the Lahaina marina.
Also good to note, you could see whales from the patio and take a walk by shore and see tons of turtles.

Condo clean, comfortable, except the couch. Full equiped, as presented.
The localisation has 2 sides, a good and a bad: good for the life around, it is so Pleasant to see the peoples but the bad side is the noise of the boats very early in the morning 6:30 am., the garbage trucks during the night, etc...we appreciated the proximity of the little Beach, small but not very busy, like a private beach!
We loved our stay at the Yacht Marina #309. We are frequent VRBO renters in California and Hawaii. We have stayed in the Maalaea area many times but this condo is the nicest we have stayed in by far. The decorating and cleanliness of the condo was outstanding. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook meals and the unique tile/glass in the bathrooms - absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting on the Lanai and watching the boats come in and out of the harbor. We walked to Beach Bums (great harbor front open air sports bar) every afternoon to have a glass of wine and chat with locals and fellow travelers. Perfect vacation!
Our first night in the condo was miserably hot - the a/c was only in the living room area and the hot exhaust blew out into the lanai which made it virtually unusable.
I called Stephanie the next morning and she was awesome - she had us in another condo with central air the day after. The second property was newly remodeled and was beautiful.
Our first trip to Maui was wonderful - because of the other condo -- thank you Stephanie and everyone at stark services inc. for an amazing stay.

Condo property was clean, well maintained and centrally located on Maui. Condo itself was reasonably clean, mostly updated except for carpet and draperies. Condo was equipped with all items needed for cooking, grilling, mixing drinks along with fast internet and cable TV. Shared laundry room for the 3rd level was conveniently located across the walkway. Biggest compliant was the weak portable AC unit. Unable to maintain a comfortable tempature in the condo. With that said most all days had favorable trade winds making the AC unnecessary. Dealing with the managers of the unit was pleasant. Returned my calls quickly with favorable responses. I'd consider spending another month there if an AC unit was upgraded.
Convenientemente a uma curta distância de restaurantes de casual para um requintado jantar, Maui Aquarium, transporte público e centro desportivo família que possui; (Mini-golfe, água carros, extremo cama elástica e escalada em rocha) de gás, lojas e do porto! Maalaea é a localização mais central para todos os pontos de interesse poupando muito tempo de unidade.
