Granada condomínio Del Mar é um hotel em frente à praia 36 Unidade Localizado a oeste de Christiansted. 2 Quartos, um quarto tem uma cama king size com 2 criados-mudos, o outro quarto tem duas camas de casal com uma mesa de cabeceira. Cada quarto tem um armário cheio, uma cômoda e banheiros com chuveiros com azulejo. Nosso condomínio foi recentemente renovado com todos os novos armários Kitchen & Bath. Novos aparelhos incluem geladeira, fogão, máquina de lavar louça, microondas e máquina de lavar e secar roupa. Temos churrasqueira a gás. O ar condicionado está disponível, embora com o comércio impressionante ventos raramente é necessário. A propriedade tem uma piscina grande e pequena casa de clube com ping pong. Quiet Paradise, Walk out to Beach

We rented Laurie's place for two weeks in Feb 2017. LOCATION: 20 min from airport just west of Christiansted (we were met at airport by wonderful local hostess Pam, that we then followed to Condo, which was nice since our first time driving on the left side). A 36-unit older complex at the end of a quiet road and right on the water, and in relatively good shape and very quiet. The Condo we rented is ground floor, with a walkout entrance to the sand and surf. Note you can't really swim here (splash okay), but the views and sounds are amazing (walk a little right to find a swimming beach - all beaches are public). THE UNIT: recently updated, nice galley type kitchen with good selection of items, newer appliances and stacked washer/dryer. Comfortable furniture and beds. Look at the pictures on this site...what you see is what you get (master tile shower now has glass doors), a great place to call home for your stay. Very clean, fresh paint, well stocked initially. A good outdoor sitting area with usable grill (move it to lower patio without roof when using). 4 beach chairs in closet if you want to sit on sand or in surf. We mostly left the glass sliders open and let the ocean breeze wash through (you will need to open guest bedroom windows also, but all is screened). A/C works good, we usually had it on late evening for bedtime. You have an assigned parking space. FAV THINGS WE DID: Buck Island Snorkeling with Caribbean Sea Adventures (Cpt. Megan, Jeff and Emily were the best ever crew!), all 4 US National Park Service sites, snorkeling and beach time at Cane Bay, street Festival (4x per year) with vendors and Moko Jumbies (dancers on stilts), Monday night Buffet and Show at The Palms at Pelican Bay (10 min walk, also the Jumbies). EATERIES: So many great places, all very casual, many open air. We ate at: Angry Nates on Boardwalk, Breezez, Polly's at the Pier (Frederiksted), Flyer's at Salt River Bay Marina, The Palms at Pelican Bay, Spratnet Beach Bar on Cane Bay, Blue Water Terrace (lobster!), 40 Strand - all good! BEST STORES: Cost U Less (food and drink) and K-Mart (all else). BOTTOM LINE: When we come back to St. Croix, we would try to rent Laurie's place again....it was a perfect stay!

Excellent condo and views

Condo was well equipped and easy access to everything. I had great communication with homeowners and local people on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Right on the beach, just like the photos show!

Very nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen, that is very well equipped with utensils for all types of cooking. Clean and simply decorated for a relaxing atmosphere. The (non-resident) owners were very helpful prior to our arrival, and provided island maps and lots of information about places to go, island history, culture and practices, and reminders to drive on the left even though cars have steering wheel on the left. Keeping to the left was problem-free, but the pot holes! Some were big enough to swallow the car. Local agent (arranged by the owners) met us at the airport and led us to the condo, and was helpful midweek in resolving a minor question. Lots of useful materials in the condo like maps, places to explore, menus, etc. We particularly enjoyed evidence on the beach one morning that a turtle had laid her eggs, leaving an indentation that was clearly that of a turtle (even though I don't think the first week in March is the normal season.) Beach as described is not for swimming (too many rocks, etc.) and it's not long so no long walks there either. But the sound of the waves is ever present and the view of the water is magnificent. Loved many restaurants including Savant, Angry Nate's (both in Christiansted), Rhythms at Rainbow Beach (near Frederiksted), Pier 69 in Frederiksted and Off the Wall at Cane Bay. Had a delightful tour at Cruzan Rum Distillery, explored Port Udall at the eastern end, Sandy Point Wildlife Preserve (gorgeous beach weekends only) at the western tip, went snorkeling at Buck Island, kayaking in Bioluminescent Bay, walked through the botanical gardens and drove through the rain forest. Fort Christiansted was great for history and gorgeous views of Christiansted harbor and Protestant Cay (that we regret not visiting.) All in all, a very enjoyable stay with lots to do.

Wonderful place...want to go back soon!!!!

This condo was wonderful!! It was updated and had everything that we could want or need! From Tide detergent to snorkeling equipment!!! Pam, the agent, met us at the airport and escorted us to the condo. She went over the condo to review what we had and explained the beaches and places to go on a map. She is a precious soul and a very valuable resource. Everyone at the condo was friendly and courteous. All the beaches were easily accessible and we snorkeled at each one. The pool was the best and the view was beautiful. Snorkeled at Buck Island ...words can't describe how fabulous that was. Armstrong home made ice cream down the road; The Pelican, Renaissance, Buccaneer, Blue Water...all the food was great. The Buccaneer is where we spent most of our time as they had a great grill; chairs under the palm trees and beach side food/drink service. I would love to go back and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Lauri was very accommodating to change the dates of our rental as we were stranded during the Houston flood and could not fly in as originally planned. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful view, home and hospitality!

My family and I stayed at Lauri's condo during our first vacation to St. Croix and must say that we LOVED this home! It fit our family (family of 5 adults) perfectly. The patio was used almost every hour of every day. We started our days drinking coffee on the patio and ended every evening eating dinner and drinking wine (or rum!) on the patio - listening to the ocean at all times! You have a front row seat to the gorgeous ocean, and you can see Buck Island in the distance. The kitchen is fully equipped - believe me Lauri has thought of every detail! If you think to yourself "I wish this condo had [blank]..." look a little, and you will find it. There is a local grocery store right up the road and you are a 5-7 min. drive from downtown Christiansted. The location is ideal - quiet and private, yet a short drive to the action! Lauri was a pleasure to work with, she is very quick to respond to email and communicates often with the managers onsite in St. Croix. The management (Pam) met us at the airport and showed us the way to the condo. The hospitality was top notch! We loved our stay, we miss St. Croix and the condo every day! We hope to come back one day, and if possible will stay at Lauri's again. We highly recommend this condo.
