Este condomínio Terrace Ridge está localizado no segundo andar de um edifício de três andares. Todos os condomínios são equipados com elevadores. É 1500 pés quadrados com 10 pés tectos e vai acomodar confortavelmente 6 pessoas. Ele foi atualizado e re-decorados e incluem:
-três quartos (um com uma cama king size, um com uma cama queen size e um com duas camas de solteiro);
-dois banheiros. um de três peças (chuveiro, vaso sanitário, pia dupla) e de quatro peças (banheira, chuveiro, vaso sanitário e pia dupla);
-a grande, cozinha totalmente equipada (frigorífico, forno / top pedra, lava-louças, microondas, máquina de café e pratos / panelas / panelas / utensílios de cozinha);
-Quatro TV de tela plana, um em cada quarto e uma na sala de estar (a Smart TV para aqueles que não têm um computador portátil);
-Quatro leitores de DVD e uma seleção de filmes; e
todas as utilidades, com serviço de internet de alta velocidade, TV a cabo e telefone
Conveniência: animais não permitidos, apenas não fumadores
Terrace Ridge está convenientemente localizado:
-1. 5 milhas ao largo da I-4 minutos e 25 do aeroporto Orlando;
-11 Milhas da Disney World;
-a unidade de três minutos para Champions Gate Golf Club, Highland Reserve e do Celebration Golf Course;
-sobre uma hora de carro para as praias famosas da Flórida;

The condo was excellent, well equipped, nicely furnished and above all very clean. The buildings and swimming pool Tuscan Ridge was completely renovated during our stay (June 10 - June 27 - 2016). The central swimming pool and clubhouse are fine.
The contacts and answers with Iwona are truly amazing and deserve an A +. The area is quiet and far enough away from the busy I4. The Disney area is easily accessible (half an hour), just like the restaurants on the 27 and the supermarket and other shops just steps away.
Less enthusiastic we are about the small balcony; the bins on the porch and the central bin at the gate and the rather seedy porch in general.
Very good value for money, definitely recommended. We will definitely come back again.
Condo 110 is situated in the first building to the right as you enter Terrace Ridge. The property is well maintained and modern with lovely wooden flooring throughout. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you need and the utility room has a massive washing machine and tumble dryer which were a dream to use (samsung). Dishwasher was also samsung and came in handy. The lounge is equipped with a big wall mounted samsung tv and blu ray player, it also has a huge amount of channels with a verizon box. Everything about this condo has a lovely warm feeling. The bed covers are very nice and beds extremely comfortable. The owner has thought of all the little things that make your stay that bit better (dishwasher tablets, soap in bathrooms etc) The balcony looks out to the properties and road but for a non pool view it still offers a lovely view and is very peaceful. Thank you to the owners for a stress free stay, we will recommend this condo to anybody. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 girls two and five.
We had a great holiday staying at Iwona and wally place it's the best we have stayed in at terrace ridge. The condo feels very spacious with it's modern furniture and wooden floors and it's got everything you need for a lovely holiday. It's not to far from all the attractions and there's some shops up the road from the condo. Now we have found this gem of a condo we can't wait to come back on holiday here soon.

I brought my family to orlando for a week. The place accommodated us in every aspect, it was neat, spacious, and provided an enjoyable, relaxing stay. I salute the owners for a spirit of excellence.
Our family of 5 stayed at this condo the last week of June and it was great. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures....large, well decorated and very clean! Some of the features we really appreciated about the condo were:
-The location. We drove to Disney every day and it took no more than 15 minutes to get there. There is also a grocery store, gas station and pharmacy literally a few minutes away.
-The property. The condo is within a very well maintained gated community with ample parking and a great pool/clubhouse. Our kids really enjoyed swimming in the large pool.
-The kitchen. It was well stocked with all the pots, utensils, accessories, etc. that are required to cook meals for a hungry family.
-The bathrooms. Both bathrooms are quite large and have double sinks.
-The bedrooms. All three bedrooms have very nice furniture and beds. In addition, we loved the mattresses. They were very comfy.
-The towels. There were plenty of very nice towels for the whole family, including large beach towels to take to the pool.
In terms of drawbacks or less desirable features...we found none. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would gladly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando/Disney area.
