Lovely, fully-furnished 2-level penthouse condo on 3rd and 4th floors in quiet, resort-like, gated, and award-winning community. Condo faces the most popular of the community's 3 swimming pools, with waterfalls and streams. Living areas are on the 3rd floor, while the 4th floor is an immense roof terrace (with same square footage as 3rd floor) overlooking the pool, with a half-bath, wet bar and patio furniture for relaxing outside while enjoying the warm breezes of the southwest. Perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets or the nearby lighthouse beams at night.

Kitchen is completely equipped with stainless-steel appliances as well as all necessary items to cook and serve meals if you prefer to stay home. A bakery/small grocery store and a gas station are adjacent to the complex. And, within a short driving distance, you will find plenty of local restaurants serving all kinds of cuisine including fresh seafood.

The penthouse’s two bedrooms, two full baths, living areas, and a large balcony/terrace overlooking the pool are located on the 3rd floor. A 40 " Smart TV, floor and ceiling fans and WiFi are provided. Cable not currently provided. Both bedrooms have A/C units, and the master bedroom has a private bathroom. Master bedroom sleeps 2 adults in queen bed, and 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 adults or 5 children in 2 full-size bunk beds and a twin bed. Condo is equipped with stackable washer and dryer.

El Combate, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in the area, is a mere 5 minute drive away. Enjoy a trip to the Cabo Rojo Lighthouse, also about a 5 minute drive and located in a nature reservation. See the breathtaking rock cliffs vanishing into the ocean and the gorgeous Playa Sucia, all within undeveloped lands. Boqueron, another popular beach and town, is 10 minutes away, with its popular weekend night life, a few casual and all-welcoming bars, restaurants, fresh oyster vendors, souvenir shops, a marina, etc. Cabo Rojo Plaza Shopping Center and the biggest mall in the area, Mayaguez Mall, are within a 15-25 minute drive.

In addition to the swimming pools, the community features a tennis court, workout room, and a few mini-golf holes. Condo also includes 2 free parking spaces and after-hours private security. Please note: Building is not equipped with elevators.

RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. Smoking is only allowed in balconies and the roof terrace provided proper and safe disposal of cigarettes and ashes is followed. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ARE PROHIBITED. 3. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 4. Only use appliances for their intended uses. While every effort is made to keep appliances in good working order, malfunctions cannot be predicted. No refund or rate adjustment will be made in the unlikely event of malfunctioning equipment or power outage. In case of a breakdown, efforts will be made to repair it as soon as possible. Report all repairs to agent as soon as possible. 5. Pets are NOT allowed. 6. Parking: PARKING – Parking is limited to __2__ vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the property’s designated parking spaces only, labeled with the unit number. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. 8. Hot Tub (by the swimming pool in public area): No children under the age of _10__ permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. 9. Water and Septic: The mineral content in the water locally is high. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to the cost of unclogging and repairs, as necessary. 10. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. To protect your reservation against loss of payments traveler insurance through your own insurance agent is strongly recommended. 11. Departure Procedure: Guests should assist in clean-up by doing the following prior to check-out: • place trash in the complex’s trash receptacles located in the parking lot • wash/dry and put dishes away • close all windows and lock all doors • turn off any electronics in use

Todo estuvo excelente, se respira paz y tranquilidad en el lugar. Muy limpio todo. La piscina grande no estuvo disponible por reparación así que debes preguntar antes aunque tiene 2 piscinas más el complejo. La comunicación fue muy buena.

Fantastic Stay!
We absolutely love this property and it's in our favorite part of the West Coast--Cabo Rojo. We spent most of our time at the beautiful beaches of La Playuela and El Combate and we were close enough to visit family without having to drive far. Both the owner and property manager were extremely helpful and communicative. We hope to visit again soon in the future.

I am a Civil Engineer living in Texas but originally from Cabo Rojo, PR. Enjoy traveling and what I like the most about the condo and the property in general is how quiet and secure it is, yet close to where the locals have fun, bars, restaurants and beaches.

Want to be away from the City noise and all the hustle and bustle but still be near the beach, casinos, natural and tourist attractions? Come to the wonderful Paseo del Faro in the western town of Cabo Rojo, PR.

The property complex is very quiet, ideal for relaxing on a hamock on the roof terrace, reading a book by one of the beautiful swimming pools or sipping on a glass of wine on the roof terrace in the evening while watching the nearby lighthouse beams flash. Want to spend sometime in a pearl-colored sand beach? Just drive 5 minutes to El Combate, one of the most beautiful beaches in the island. Want to eat fresh seafood? Joyuda, a beach area with a large number of seafod restaurants built on the seashore and sometimes over the water, is a mere 15 minute drive away.

There are casinos in 2 hotels in Mayaguez, the next town to the north, only 30-35 minutes from the property. The bio-bay of La Parguera in Lajas, a bay with water which exhibits luminiscence when disturbed at night, is only 20-25 minutes away. (Check out this site:

The town of San German offers beautiful architecture near its central square as does Ponce. Visit Las Delicias square in Ponce boasting Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral and the historical firehouse side by side. (

Whether you want to stay on the quiet beach mode or do some site seeing, it's all within short driving distance.
