What really makes the villas stand out is the amazing staff that has been in my employ for over 10 years. They are true rockstars in the luxury villa vacation industry. Pacific Vacation | StayPV requires a direct rental agreement and will be sent via email after the booking to be completed.

Villa Encantada accommodates 10 guests in five bedrooms. The Palma and Faro Suites feature oceanfront private terraces. The Oceano and Playa rooms have oceanfront terraces that are joined by the amazing Sky Lounge overlooking Zihuatanejo Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The Jardin Suite is perfect for the late sleeper with a garden view and a small seating area. Villa Encantada has a Grand Salon overlooking a beautiful infinity-edge pool. The Grand Dining Table seats 10 guests and is a few steps up next to the Grand Salon.

All five bedrooms feature king-size beds, with private ensuite bathrooms with open showers, luxury imported linens, safes, toiletries, bath towels, high-speed power charging ports on bedside lamps, smart TV, and air conditioning.

Pacific Vacation | StayPV Resort includes the services of both a full-time onsite property manager, assistant property manager, executive chef, and executive housekeeper and maids. Let our staff take care of your every need. We take making your vacation "the vacation of a lifetime" seriously with our service. No visit to Zihuatanejo is complete until you have been to the local markets. Pick from the "Catch of the Day" and the fresh "Farm to Market" produce for an amazing meal personally prepared by our culinary team. Coconut Shrimps, Whole Grilled Red Snapper, and Filet of Mahi Mahi are just a few of the specialties of the house.

The Perfect Family Get-away

Our Family of ten spent two fantastic weeks in the beautiful Villa Encantada. The property layout is perfect for larger groups. The open main floor had tons of space for all of us to enjoy. The Infinity pool was perfect for those hot afternoons. All five bedrooms have ensuites, with was great to have. The short walk to Zihut Centro was perfect. The real beauty of this location is the full-time staff that are there every day, making your stay unforgettable. Arturo, the chef, made the most amazing five-star meals. Anna kept our whole Villa spotless, while Adrian ensured things went smoothly and filled in anywhere and everywhere. Carlos, the GM, coordinated everything seamlessly and even picked up a cake and pinata to help us celebrate my daughter's birthday. I can't wait to plan our next stay there.

A beautiful 5 bedroom house with each one having a bathroom is absolutely wonderful……Arturo, our cook was absolutely top notch and Carlos took care of our transportation ……Highly recommended for either couples or family get togethers

This was a magical vacation!!

I recommend this to anyone who wants to have a vacation with family or friends and have all the amenities you could ask for! The staff was absolutely amazing! The food preparation was the best ever! Bring your large family or several families and have a vacation of a lifetime! Jeannine is wonderful, made everything about the stay perfect!! Thank you to everyone, it was perfect!!

RELAXING

We totally enjoyed our stay at Villa Encantada. From the moment Carlos met us at the airport until he walked us through the COVID test procedure we knew we were in great hands. We came to relax and that is what the staff made possible for us. Let me tell you Carlos is connected. He knows everyone, and can solve every reasonable request you may have. The food was magnificent and we even had some laundry done while we were there. Came home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. We enjoyed the staff so much we insusted they eat with us on the final night and they agreed which made us VERY happy. Go enjoy yourself and RELAX. Art A. (Arturo)

Just perfect!

The home is beautiful, the floor plan/layout is ideal for hanging out and having fun. Lovely pool. Spectacular views. The real winner is the staff-they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They helped with recommendations (Carlos set up a day trip to nearby La Perla beach where we were pampered in the sand) and Carlos arranged to repair a silver necklace I had from another trip. The food was fantastic-especially the tamales! AND they got a birthday cake and piñata for me!

I am a fisherman at heart and fell in love with Zihuatanejo on a fishing trip over 20 years ago. The area is wonderful and I come down at least once a month. My villas are labors of love and I take great pride in the pleasure they provide myself, friends and family.

Villa Bahia, next door to Villa Encantada was my first villa. I met Enrique Zozaya and that was the beginning of what has turned out to be a long friendship. We spent many days and nights designing Villa Bahia. Some people thought we were crazy to build a villa in the middle of nowhere. But over time the area has grown, and now I have a few neighbors. During the building of Villa Baiha, we started working on Villa Encantada. It took a little over two years to complete the entire project. In the end, what was created is a work of art. It is truly a little piece of heaven that was created here on earth.

The layout of the rooms, the inlays of petrified wood and stone in the raw marble and handmade terracotta tile flooring, hand-forged wooden doors, position on the lots, to a table made from Spanish castle door every item has been chosen for its unique character. Every detail was planned and drawn out, sometimes on napkins and scraps of papers here and there along the way. A lot of dynamite was used, staircases were built only to be blown out the next day because they didn't "feel right", concrete platforms were removed and resize to accommodate all king-sized beds, and materials were changed due to lack of availability. In the end, what was created are two villas that are truly a work of art. The breeze moves through the villas, the views are majestic and the spaces relaxing.

When I opened the doors of Villa Bahia for rental, everyone thought I was crazy. You didn't rent out luxury properties in 1999. Definitely not properties with a full-time staff. I wanted to share the experience I had created with others. A truly first-class luxury vacation where every need is taken care of by a dedicated team of professionals from the hospitality industry. My team has been in my employ for over 10 years. Their attention to detail and superior service is what make a vacation at Pacific Vacation | StayPV truly an escape.
