Nosso condomínio oferece mobiliário de luxo, cozinha com bancada em granito, pisos de madeira, banheira de hidromassagem, máquina de lavar / secar roupa, HDTVs de tela plana (Showtime e HBO) em todos os quartos, uma cozinha de serviço completo e muito mais.

Suas férias no nosso condomínio vai se sentir como sua casa longe de casa. Nós mesmos somos os viajantes, e uma regra de ouro que mantemos é que onde quer que estejamos deve ser pelo menos tão bom quanto onde vivemos, é por isso que o nosso condomínio em Park City é verdadeiramente uma fuga longe de tudo!

Charming, Primo Location Condo with a Few Disapointing Hiccups

Positives: Condo is attractive, well-decorated, cozy, vaulted ceilings, great natural light, handy bunk room, town lift steps from building entrance, ski tuning shop in the bldg., proximity to town absolutely fantastic, exceptionally charming coffee shop, Atticus, across the street, artisan flatbread pizza place Vinto’s nearby, daily cleaning service for extra fee, fun snowshoeing just outside of town. Website photos accurate. Bldg. Mgr. responsive to problems--we had several.


1. Elevator Broken: Arrived at 7pm with 6 bags, 2 pr. skis and groceries to find sole elevator broken and unit on 3rd floor. 6+ hour trip with kids plus high altitude, super exhausted, no one in bldg. and disappointed to have to lug everything up. Elevator running approx. 24 hours later.

2. Lights: 3 of the 7 ceiling lights in the living room dead and 2 of the 3 ceiling lights and bureau lamp in bunk room dead when arrived. Lazy but unit was clean and bulbs fixed next day.

3. Homeless Man Sleeping in Stairwell: Safety issue with our kids. Emailed owner and bldg. mngr. After 3rd night we didn’t see him again and someone cleaned stairwell thoroughly. Owner hoped I'd call the Sheriff's office-not my holiday plan.

4. Snow Plowing: Main St. early morning snow plow situation loud. Started 4am, Tuesday morning up and down street. Every time plow backs up, ONCE every MINUTE for 2 hours, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP loudly. Think 'garbage truck backing up’ sound--no sleep for these 2 hrs. Chinese water torture. Price of being on Main St.? Fell back asleep at 6am and got on the mountain at 11am.

5. Town Lift: If there isn’t enough snow you need to download to condo. NBD but more fun to ski.

6. Owner: FYI Did not provide special consideration for inconvenience of #1-3 above (e.g. extra late check-out (logistics prevented) or discount on 1st night). Surprising choice as unit/bldg. was not presenting properly or commensurate with expectations/website.

7 . Conclusion: We enjoyed the primo location and cozy condo. I would not stay here again, but my husband would, ideally in quieter unit facing away from Main St. Condo has style and location is a winner-- except for street noise.

Resposta do proprietário: None of the complaints in this review merit any credibility. Mary claimed several problems daily, as if she believed to she would be staying at a full service hotel rather than as a guest in someone's second home. We have not had any complaints about anything in our luxury apartment before her and don't expect any after. Most of her complaints are without merit and would be disputed by every other guest who has stayed with us. Mary's allegation that a homeless person was living in the stairwell is false. Our building's security service checked the stairwell and reviewed the security cameras and determined this was not true the same day she made the allegation to us. Mary's allegation that the elevator took 24 hours to fix is false. It was unfortunate it was out when she and her 3 able bodied males arrived, but it was fixed the same evening. When Mary demanded monetary consideration for her alleged inconveniences we offered to move her and her family into a 2 bedroom luxury suite at the Marriott Summit Watch hotel across the foot bridge from our condo, and we would pay for it. All she had to do was vacate our condo. She refused the offer, but then days after she checked out she emailed asking for the money we would have spend putting her family up in the hotel. We took her email request as an implicit threat that we would suffer a negative review on our property if we did not pay, but declined to pay anyway.

Excellent unit in fantastic location

This is a fantastic place to stay in Park City. The location can't be beat as it is on Main Street but at the end so close to everything but easy to get off Main Street as well. Of course, being on Main Street, you need to be ready for street noises and the bar a hundred yards up the road can lead to some noisy celebrations at night but we found that to be a fine price to pay for the convenience of dozens of restaurants and shops right out the door.

The unit itself is very well appointed, comfortable, and clean. The furniture, linens, and fixtures are all top notch. The balcony over the street is a fantastic place for people watching as well as enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Lovely condo, great location.

My friend and I stated in this condo during the Kimball Atrs Festival. The condo was lovely and the location right at the foot of Main Street was ideal.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my stay. Mathew fully refunded my $ within 1 day or receiving my cancellation request. This gives me the comfort of booking with Mathew again.

Excellent location, luxurious feel, responsive host, a bit too noisy.

This condo was just as described. The location was excellent, right on Main Street, steps away from ski lift. It was great to have a parking spot in the covered garage. Loved the key-less entry. There is a community hot tub on the same floor. The condo has 2 full bathrooms with a nice size hot tub with jets. However, the jets in the 2nd bathroom were not working. At night, being on main street, there was significant noise coming from the street. And, the mornings, the garbage trucks pick up their containers right across the street, so don't expect to sleep in. But, who wants to sleep in with so much to do and see?!

There was a also a constant 24/7 humming noise coming, apparently coming from the condo next door. This was very noticeable from the master bedroom. It was hard to catch solid sleep with the noise factor. I notified the host about this and he said he would look into it. One of the light fixtures in the 2nd bathroom needed to be fixed too.

The furniture, the beds and the place itself was very comfortable. Almost a cabin feeling, but modern and right in the midst of all the action. It was great to have washer/dryer right in the condo, especially with the kids. I loved the stove and kitchen appliances. They were high-end and in perfect shape.

I think this condo is perfect for young people and for skiers.
