Within a short stroll to year round activities and packed with cozy comforts from home along with the necessities for a memorable and relaxing vacation the possibilities are truly endless from this amazing base-camp destination.

Enjoy the convenience of the one car attached garage for convenient year round parking along with one vehicle in the driveway in front as you enter your gated and private Bear Meadows Resort and start to feel right at home. Featuring a reverse floor plan you'll enter on the lower level to find two spacious suites each offering beautiful golf course views from private decks, flat screen TVs, plenty of dresser space, and gorgeous private bathrooms made up for your group with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels when you arrive for your vacation. The hallway offers a separate laundry room which is the perfect spot to store your snow gear or lake toys and also offers a washer and dryer which will come in so handy for those wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountains no matter the season you choose to visit.

Head upstairs to the spacious and open flowing main level which boasts amazing high vaulted ceilings that will immediately make you feel like you have arrived to your private mountain lodge. Freshly renovated with gorgeous hardwood floors, knotty pine accents, and modern mountain touches throughout your group will love spending your time here together as you snuggle on the cozy couches and warm your toes together in front of the toasty faux log gas fireplace and watch the snow fall through the big open windows. Pop on a movie on the flat screen TV with Cable and complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided by the owners for your convenience. The chef of your group will love the freshly renovated and fully equipped kitchen offering everything you need to whip up home cooked meals or slope-side snacks including cookware, appliances, and even a dishwasher for breezy cleanups and preparations. Our experience started out not being good, due to Big Bear Vacations not having our place ready, we had to wait 2 hours to have the townhome clean. It was cold and we wanted to make dinner. Dont think I would book with Big Bear Vacations again. The condo was very clean and nice, kitchen was great to cook in and heater worked great. We enjoyed our stay. Only problem with the garage is you have a steep driveway to drive up, with the snow it was a bit hard. Would definitely go back to moonridge.

Good option near Bear Mountain
But perhaps not great. We enjoyed being close the Bear Mtn in Moonridge area. The layout of the condo is great for families to enjoy and spread out. I was there with my three teens and we plenty of room - more than we needed, which was fine. One item of consideration was the cleanliness. There were dishes in the dishwasher and although it looked like they were clean it was hard to tell with some of the dishes. I also found some of the glasses in the cabinet were not necessarily cleaned (or not cleaned well). I was careful to inspect the dishes and utensils that we used. We did fill and start the dishwasher upon our departure. I suspect this was likely just a one off/temporary concern based on latest guest or cleaning. The carpet and furniture are weathered slightly. My son removed the couch pillows to fold out the bed, and we had to vacuum some trash (chips?) from under the cusions before pulling out the mattress. One other consideration was parking. We used the garage as there were not many street options close to Condo. Be careful in winter month (Jan) as the driveway to garage is short and steep and prone to icing up. The run off from the roof lands on this short driveway and was freezing during the night. This is expected in the Mountains in the winter but be careful and use the sidewalk/steps. This is a good option for competitively priced condo in the Moonridge/Bear Mtn area. Thanks!

Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

California Penal Code: (a) Any person who knowingly and fraudulently represents himself or herself, through verbal or written notice, to be the owner or trainer of any canine licensed as, to be qualified as, or identified as, a guide, signal, or service dog, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six month, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.

Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.

There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.

No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.

Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.

Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
