3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Vacation Rental Home in the Island Club -Sleeps 8 - IC83

This home sits on a corner lot near the rear of the Island Club development. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home can sleep up to eight guests. Entering through the front door, guests walk into the combined kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has full-size appliances, as well as the tools you need to make and eat a tasty meal. This is a superb way to save money during your Put-in-Bay vacation. Through the kitchen, guests continue into the living room. A flat-screen TV with DirecTV service is provided. There is a sliding glass door that exits to the wrap around wooden deck. This deck comes complete with a picnic table and propane grill. This home can park up to two vehicles in the on site driveway.

Put-in-Bay has been the choice for many vacationers for many years. Now is the time to put an island in your life. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. It worked

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed in several island club rentals over the years and this is the worst one. It needed a lot of general maintenance, the kitchen drawers didn’t close, the master shower was in bad condition, and no rugs by the doors inside, no dishwasher and the grill had one temperature, blast furnace hot. But the parking was good, dwhich can be an issue in those units.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was good. The rental had a place toSleep and a place to shower. However number 83 is in major need of repairs. None of the kitchen drawers open smoothly at all, they are all broken. The spicket outside didn’t work, and also the electrical outlet outside. We liked the location and would like to try another more updated cabin in the future.

Great stay, but I would like my security deposited back please

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time at our Island Club. There were a couple of broken drawers in the kitchen, and the skylight in the adjoining bathroom leaked (accompanied by a large spot of mold), but otherwise the house was clean and well-kept. However, I never received my security deposit back, despite leaving the house spotless. I also never received a notice that I wouldn't get it back for any reason. Please return my money to me.

Island Club Review

This property is good if you’re just planning to sleep in here overall. The place is run down and outdated. There are a lot of repairs that need to be done to the property itself, I wouldn’t consider this place safe for children one of the rooms has a sinking hole in the bedroom, there are broken cabinets, there are mice in the property. They also don’t provide linens for your stay unless you agree to pay $100 charge. Not to mention there is a strong smell of humidity as soon as you walk in. The place is about a 6 min drive from the downtown area. That was the only perk.
