The unit played a key part in the excellent vacation we had.
Modern, Clean and comfortable with beautiful views and in an excellent community. Location is great. It is in the heart of the new Downtown Miami. It has easy access to the public transportation system and it’s just steps away from Bayfront Park. The building has lots of amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, gym, business center, 24h security and more) . Jaime, the manager, was always quick to respond. We would stay here again anytime!
Hermosa experiencia en un departamento fantastico, muy comodo y muy bien ubicado. Jaime muy amable y como diriamos en nuestro pais "un tipo copado".
Muy contestos de nuestra estadia y no tuvimos inconvenientes.
Nos ha encantado el apartamento, buenas vistas , decoración moderna, mucho espacio de armarios y cocina completamente equipada.jaime y Marisol fueron muy amables y serviciales.

I've stayed in this high-rise several times in different apartments. The building is great, everything works the way it should and there is 24/7 security. There are plenty of restaurants close by and also very close to Bayside for some late night shopping or exercise in bayfront park. Having a park included in the rental is very convenient. Access to the highway is right there and if you work or have meetings in downtown this is a great central location.
The apartment was clean and well equipped with all the goodies you would want for a stay. It's like home away from home :).
Getting keys/access when we arrived was easy ( just SMS'ed from the airport and met at the front desk ).
I highly recommend this rental and will definitely try and stay here again the next time I'm in Miami.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All guest must be registered prior entering the unit by filling the “short term rental contract” and will have to show a photo ID at check-inn.
4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Pets are NOT allowed.
PARKING PASSES – Parking passes will be given to guest or will be left inside the unit. Renters must display parking pass on the dashboard at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure.
Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Commercial vehicles are not allowed.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
We highly appreciate if all towels and linens are left washed and folded.
10. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 are permitted in hot tubs at a
