Village at Camelback, mesmo na encosta atrás de piscina coberta, quadras de tênis e clube. Algumas características são um novo fogão a lenha, pisos de madeira, cozinha e banheiros, azulejos novos aparelhos de queima, wainscoating todo, memória espuma camas queen size, futon tamanho completo, 2 berços dobráveis, vinho de mesa de jantar barril. TVs de tela plana, som surround, Bluetooth estéreo, Wi-Fi,-bar-b que ...
Esta unidade é um verdadeiro ski in e ski out. Basta trazer o seu skis, alimentos e produtos de higiene pessoal e você não terá que entrar no carro toda a sua estadia. House está no nível mais baixo desde o estacionamento que está a poucos passos de distância da montanha. Todos os lençóis, toalhas, cobertores, travesseiros, taxa de limpeza, seguro está incluído no aluguel
Você está certo amar este aluguer a qualquer momento do ano.
Esta não é uma unidade acessível handicap. Você tem que ir para baixo passos para chegar a uma fila menor nível de moradias.
It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and his housekeeper Kerry. Kerry does an amazing job of keeping the condo stocked with everything you might need. Her cleaning of the property was very thurough.
We had a wonderful stay and Mikes Condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. Upon our arrival we had a few issues/repairs that needed to be addressed, however Mike was extremely prompt regarding our concerns. His maintenance man lives on site and took care of replacing an air conditioning unit and a the kitchen faucet within a day. The unit has been well maintained and offered all the supplies needed to stay there. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Dale T.
The house and the property was all it claimed to be, very comfortable for a two families totaling 7 and a dog.
Area is great
I rented this house for myself and two kids for seven weeks this summer. First of all Mike is a pleasure to deal with and he really does make everything easy and hassle free. The house was clean and cozy with very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens, and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen was wonderful and we cooked mostly at home and had everything we needed. The previous renter did leave a very dirty grill but after I gave it a thorough cleaning we were able to BBQ almost daily which was wonderful. This house has a nice balcony which I enjoyed very much! It was perfect for dinners, reading, exercising and sun tanning! We occasionally had guests who were easily accommodated as well. Something to note: the down stairs bedrooms have no AC but they have ceiling fans... however they are positioned quite low due to low ceilings and we did have a couple of injuries (white taking of a top for example and raising one's arms).
Being long term renters were were bound to run into some problems but Mike quickly connected us with a wonderful repair guy with whom I dealt with directly and who was able to address all issues in a timely manner (we ended up becoming good friends by the end of the summer :) The house has nice air-conditioning which kept us comfortable during heat waves.
The location of this house is within walking distance to the pool which was very convenient because my daughter was able to walk there by herself or with friends. We did get a season pass to the water park and enjoyed that during weekday morning hours while there aren't a lot of people.
Overall if you are looking for an enjoyable mountain vacation with fresh air and comfortable accommodations this is the perfect place to go!!! I dealt with many owners over the years and Mike was by far the most pleasant person to deal with. We really hope we are able to return there soon!!! Thanks Mike.
The house is exactly as described. The house is not huge, but the layout allowed for a comfortable and cozy stay. The house is well maintained, clean, and truly has everything you need. There was TV's with cable hookups in every room and the wood stove was perfect and kept the house very warm. It was an easy ski in and ski out onto Camelback mountain. There is a wooden walkway from the parking lot to front door with a bit of stairs...I didn't mind it, but it can be slick with snow and ice. Otherwise, if you are looking for a decent ski-in/out, this property serves the purpose.
