Fabuloso apartamento no andar de cima duplex, elegantemente reformado e decorado com bom gosto de cima para baixo, localizada em Valley Village em frente ao parque e apenas alguns minutos para Universal Studios e para o coração de Hollywood. Lojas e restaurantes da moda Noho estão por perto. Perto de transportes e auto-estradas. Minutos para Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Park, Los Angeles Zoo, e Metroline ao centro da cidade e além.

We spent a very nice stay in this apartment. It was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The area is very quiet and has a nice playground across the street.
It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.
It is only a short drive to Universal.
Parking is very easy on the street.
I almost don't want to review this so people don't find out about it... but, we visited LA for a week and wanted some place close to Hollywood and Universal Studios. This location was perfect for us and our two small kiddos (4 and 6). The apartment was spacious enough for the kids to unwind, was very clean, and beds were comfortable. There is a garage, but only big enough for a small or mid size vehicle. We parked on the street with no problems. This property does require going up stairs. Although it was close to the freeway, there is hardly any road or traffic noise. This is far superb to a hotel in our opinion, and the extra cost is offset by not having to eat out 3 times a day. It was close to everything we wanted to see in the area like Universal Studios, Santa Monica Pier, and the Hollywood Hills, but a good distance from Disneyland and Lego Land. Disneyland was an hour away, Lego Land an hour and a half, but driving long distances is normal for us. Once out of LA, it's an easy drive, but the drive wasn't too bad all around. In fact, we drove to Disneyland two days in a row. It was very quiet all week, even with the park across the street. Navigating to different areas was fairly easy with a lot of places to eat within a short driving distance. Just FYI, the downtown LA scene and “famed” theater are not worth the hassle in our opinion… filled with scams, bogged down in traffic, and there’s really not a lot to do there. TMZ tours leaves from the area if that’s an interest of yours, and there are a few good places to eat close by. We were glad that this area was not high on our to-do list in the first place based on other reviews outside of VRBO. Our next visit will not include this area at all. We do suggest at least a drive through the hills and to the various look out points for some great views. Communication with the owner was great before, during, and after our stay. Already looking to book here again for our next vacation.
