This reverse floor plan home has 4 bedrooms on the first floor (2 queen beds, one full bed and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (perfect for the kids). The second floor is a large open floor plan with kitchen (seating for 4), dining room (seating for 8) and living room (with fireplace) and a full bath and bedroom (has a day bed with a bottom trundle). The living room couch also opens up to a queen bed. Step outside onto the large second floor deck with water views, barbeque and patio table and chairs.
The house is perfect for a couple of families or an extended family vacationing together! All you need to pack is your clothing and toiletries. The house is fully furnished and has all the amenities for kids (email us for a complete listing), so leave your sippy cups and hooded towels home! We also provide all beach and shower towels, iron and hair dryer. Large flat screen TV in living room and free wifi.
After a relaxing day at our beautiful private beach, come home and rinse off under a hot or cold outdoor shower with the afternoon sunlight dancing off the trees. Ample space in the yard for kids to play!
Take a 15 minute stroll to Montauk Harbor where you can fish, dine or shop. Or play the course at famous Montauk Downs golf course, visit Hither Hills State Park were you can fish year-round and obtain permits to fish at night, or try the 'walking dunes' of Napeague.

$1,500 Reservation Deposit required to secure your rental. This Reservation Deposit will transfer to a Security Deposit upon arrival. Security Deposit will be mailed back immediately after cleaning and inspection (within 14 business days) (assuming no damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear).
