The Space:
The Ocean Kiss’d is a 7 Bedroom, 7 bath, private home that sleeps up to 24 guests. The home is centrally located in a very popular area in Destin, called Crystal Beach. It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months. It has a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart(LSV). The beach access is 1 block away! Get there in less than 1 minute on the golf cart, or in less than 4 minutes if you walk! On top of that, the home is centrally located in town, meaning everything you need for the perfect vacation is waiting for you. Located within one mile of the home are many restaurants, a gas station, large outdoor shopping mall (The Destin Commons), a Publix, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and much more!

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. It has beautiful Graphite colored cabinetry, and granite countertops and includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large counter-height bar, with 8 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, the dining room has a front row view of the backyard and pool. You can also see the TV in the living room. It has a beautiful, handmade table that seats 12 people.

LIVING ROOM: This living room is right next to the dining room and has 1 full-sized sofa, 1 loveseat, and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, flat screen TV with Blu-ray player.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own spacious, private bathroom that is wheelchair friendly, with a stand-up shower, and a separate shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM #2: Located on the first floor, (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1nightstand, and a flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

LAUNDRY: Located downstairs, off of the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.

HALF BATH #7: This bathroom is located on the first floor, off of the main hallway. All of the bathrooms in the home have custom, built-in cabinetry, with granite counter tops.



2ND FLOOR:



BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Up the stairs and to the left, you have bedroom number three. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen tv. It also has its own private bathroom, with a stand-up shower. There is access to the balcony that runs the full length of the back of the home, overlooking the backyard and pool. This BACKYARD BALCONY has a cozy outdoor loveseat and chair set, with a coffee table.

BEDROOM #4: This room is adjacent to bedroom #3, in the back of the house. It doubles as a secondary upstairs living room. It has 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 full-sized sofa, 2 accent chairs, and a flat screen tv. It has plenty of open floor space for air mattresses or a pack-n-play. It also has access to the same balcony as bedroom #3

BEDROOM (BUNK ROOM) #5: This bunk bed room is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO full-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat screen tv. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with bedroom #6.

JACK-AND-JILL (BATH #4): This spacious bathroom is shared between the bunk room (#5) and a king suite (#6). It has two sinks and a tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM #6 + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen tv. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with the bunk room (#5). It also has access to the large balcony off the front of the home. This bedroom, and bedroom #7, are the two largest if you need to set up a pack-n-play.

BEDROOM #7 + BATHROOM #6: Adjacent to bedroom #6, this bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 accent chair, 1 night stand, and flat screen tv. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower. Also has access to the front balcony.

BACKYARD: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private, salt water pool. This large backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6, plenty of lounge chairs, 3 hammocks, a picnic table, and a gas grill. There is plenty of space behind the pool for throwing frisbee or football. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
