Shawns condo is so cute. The artwork is cheerful and very St. Croix. Love the Mocko Jumbi in the living room. The master bedroom bed is obviously new and super comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked and the place was super clean. Everything looked brand new. I come to St. Croix every year and stay for several months. It's easy to make friends in St. Croix because people are unbelievably nice there. That said I've been in many condos in Mill Harbour and this is one of the nicest I have seen. The tile was still broken by the front door but workers were there to measure it for the purpose of fixing it. Keep in mind that supplies and handymen in St. Croix are limited due to the CAT 5 that hit in September and getting a repair does take some time. It was no big deal anyway. WIFI is $39 dollars a week and $59 a month at Mill Harbour. That is the set up they currently have and all condos have that. The board is currently looking for an alternative WIFI source. I love Mill Harbour. The best people, the best snorkeling, quiet but still so much to do. It was a joy to stay in this condo and the price was awesome compared to many of the other condos here. As you stated it’s been a challenge to get the floor tiles repaired as there have been higher priority repairs due to the hurricane (which caused the tiles to pop up due to the moisture in the foundation after the hurricane). I’m glad you enjoyed the island and the many great people there and hope you will return.

You can't beat this property.Nice quiet location.Close to food shopping.C-Stead an easy 10 minute drive.Fun time,totally chilled out experience and you can't beat that beautiful carribean warm clear water.

Between us and other family members we spent time in 3 Mill Harbour units. This one was the nicest. We enjoyed recognizing the lovely local-artists' decor. It should be noted internet is not free, and you have to actually call the internet company to get a secure connection that does not timeout every half hour. Wifi connection is only reliable in the living room near the router probably due to cement walls. We didn't have many expectations due to affects from last hurricane season, but it would have been nice to have known about the restaurant closure ahead of time as we were looking forward to good things we have heard about the food and entertainment. We were very satisfied and will remember the unit number for future stays, as we saw first hand other units are not nearly as nice and the others had power or hot water issues that were not taken care of in a timely manner by their owners nor on-site manager. We had no problem with our condo except the power outage on our last day resulting in cold showers on our travel-home day. That's part of island life -we've been coming to St Croix for 25 years so we know basic things we are used to in the states are not guaranteed here. I also would like to mention the master bedroom bed is VERY comfortable, especially compared to the first unit we stayed in at #309 which was horrible. We really appreciated the comfort of the furniture and bed and the obvious effort that is made to keep the place both nice and comfortable.

Great Location w Pool and Beach!!

This condo was perfectly located on the beach with a great pool! We meet several nice and helpful condo owners on the where to go and eat. The condo itself was dirty, not the owners fault, but definitely would get a new cleaning lady. Dirty wash clothes left behind the bathroom door, cobwebs everywhere, old food smell coming from the sink, the tile floor was sticky and the sheets had holes and stains. Now, not having cable and WiFi like what was listed, just a bunch of dvd’s most wouldn’t play is the owners fault. Especially after we contacts him several times throughout our trip regarding the cable and WiFi, all went unanswered. The condo next door said they had WiFi and cable so I know it was not due to the hurricane. And a little heads up with the tile missing as soon as you entered the condo would have been nice to know as I tripped over the piece of lumber put down in the missing tiles location.

We do highly recommend Mill Harbor, great location and great people, maybe not this particular condo. The island was beautiful, beaches amazing, everyone especially the locals were extremely nice.

Resposta do proprietário: Sorry that your stay was not up to par. I make it a point to answer any inquiries from my guests so I'm not sure how I missed yours correspondence. The tiles that were missing were due to the hurricane as was the lack of cable. As I state in my property details, WIFI is pay as you go. I apologize if the DVD player wasn't working, it's only about a year old but salt water and hurricanes play a toll on electronics, it was working when I was there in November doing repairs after the hurricane. Again I apologize for any inconveniences you experienced.
