The property is equipped with everything you need. Nicely furnished. Super comfortable bed. Really cute little place inside and great location. The beach and pool are really close. The restaurant is good and fast. I would recommend this rental to anyone and at a great price.
The condo we stayed in had everything you needed for comfortable condo living. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking (pots, pans, etc). All dinnerware, plates and glasses were available. Beach towels and snorkeling equipment were also available. Free Wi-Fi was a very nice, helpful addition. TV package in the living room was great. There was no TV in the master bedroom but there was one in the second bedroom which we couldn't get working. Lots of DVD's if you want to watch a movie. Informational brochures of the island were provided as well. We didn't rent a car, we used the local bus system to get to Christiansted which was about 100 yards from the condo. We also took the same bus to Fredriksted which you had to transfer. There are $2.50 cabs that can be taken (pretty good deal) but you have to catch it a Pueblo Market. Pueblo Market was about a 20 min. walk. It has pretty much all you need food and alcohol wise. Foodtown was a 10 min. . Didn't have as many options as Pueblo. Although they were not too far away it was hot walking in the 90 degree weather. We brought knapsacks to carry our food and booze back to the condo. The little restaurant/bar on the premises was great and there was entertainment almost every night. The food was good and they had good daily specials. The new fresh pizza place just opened and is served daily after 4pm (and its good). All in all it was a great stay. I would stay there again.
Our time at Mill Harbor in St. Croix was fantastic! We absolutely loved everything about our stay in paradise. It was almost exactly as I imagined it would be. We spent a lot of time snorkeling and had several great meals at The Golden Rail. This is the restaurant/ bar located on the grounds. One thing I think guests should be aware of is that Wifi is available but you have to pay for it.
We had an amazing time while in St. Croix. The condo was exactly as advertised. There are 3 AC units so you'll stay plenty cool while inside. According to my husband, there's cable. I was so busy enjoying the island, I never watched. There are no bugs!! Even though I never used it, there was a blow dryer and flat iron. Now I know that a gps does you absolutely no good in St. Croix, I wish I had asked for directions from the airport. I literally navigated from the airport to the condo at 11pm by remembering the shape of the island, remembering where on the island the condo was located from the picture here, and a map from my iPhone. It worked!! We were at the condo by midnight. All of the other guests that we met were laid back and kind. The condo was also very clean!
The only changes I would make is require a gate key and have clean silver wear. We literally had to call security every single time we returned to the complex in our rental car just to be let in. Security leaves at 0100 so one night we got lucky. After arriving back to the condo complex at 0130, there just happened to be someone leaving at that time who let us in. I was prepared to park outside the gate but didn't have to. For some reason the silver wear in the drawer had some powdery substance on it. Regardless, I loved loved loved this cute condo and would be happy to stay there again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mill Harbour development. Convenient to many sites/beaches, kitchen was well stocked with supplies, on-site restaurant, swimming pool, etc.
Unit was decorated nicely. We had plenty of room and we all enjoyed our stay.
Property is well kept, but dated. Property manager was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and all kitchen appliances worked. Reasonably quiet, although next door neighbor could easily be heard when front door was open to screen only. Also, some traffic noise in the mornings as unit is immediately across from entry gate. Pool was lovely and new restaurant owners are doing a good job; prices were very reasonable. However, air conditioners in unit could not be controlled (plug in and out to turn on/off in LR; unit in MBR worked on fan only). Drapes in MBR did not close all the way, so there was no privacy when dressing or sleeping, even though window was right at ground level with a public walkway right outside. MBath toilet rocked and felt like it was not secure. Window louvers in LR could not be fully closed, dishes and silverware were not clean, and floor tiles were sticky. Musty/moldy smell from bottom kitchen cabinets was overwhelming. There was no lighting in the LR, except for the overhead light...no reading lamps. Also, although previous reviews indicated that internet/wifi was available, it was not. Had I known, I would not have rented here. Unit is close to services and amenities, but unless you plan to spend all your time at the pool and beach, you will definitely need a car. I would not recommend this unit to a friend or relative.
