You'll love the updated feel of this condo, all the custom tile work, counter tops and showers will have you living the life during your stay in 4006 Islander!! There has been so much work put into this condo, and the updates continue. Pillow top mattress in the MASTER BEDROOM is super comfortable after a long day at the beach. From the private patio which is open to both the living room and the dining room/kitchen you can keep an eye on the activities around the pool and the beach. The LARGE windows give the Florida sun ample room to enter this open layout. There is no choice but to be stunned when you get to experience the sunrises and sunsets of our Gulf Coast first hand from a place you can call home. Sit on the BISTRO HEIGHT furniture on your private balcony and sip your coffee every morning and enjoy some PEACE and RESTFULNESS. This is the best way to soothe the soul. The direct view of the beach and boardwalk from 4006 allows you to see the amount of traffic that's coming and going and how active the beach is! Notice the BEACH CHAIRS- you get one free setup with your rental so look forward to having those two chairs and umbrella set up for you on the beach in the mornings. LESS TO LUG THROUGH THE SAND! Plus this hot Florida sun will make you sweat the umbrella that comes with the beach service truly is going to be an asset!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ice maker doesn't work, broken slat on blinds, furniture was very uncomfortable, beds were very nice and condo was clean, but some dishes were dirty. Access to the beach and other venues was good.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at The Islander 4006. The condo was clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable and the amenities were fantastic. The only complaint that I have is the shower curtains were not long enough resulting in water leaking out all over the floor anytime we showered. Would definitely recommend for others to stay there!

Great location and view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was exactly as described. Living room furniture was not as comfortable as I am used to, but was ok for a few days. King bed mattress seemed too be a little worn out on sides. Over all I LOVED the location and view was amazing. I have walking issues and the unit was very convenient from elevator, pool, and beach. Look forward to staying again. Brooks and Shorey is always very helpful with any of their rentals.
