Nosso férias recentemente renovado e aluguer de curto prazo é uma suite de estilo apartamento espaçoso e privado, completo com uma entrada separada, cozinha completa para cozinhar, sala de estar, sala de jantar e casa de banho privativa, todos convenientemente localizado no coração histórico de Harlem. Nós empregamos os serviços de um decorador de interiores profissional, para que pudéssemos oferecer-lhe o melhor. Cada apartamento inclui televisores de tela plana, cabo (com todos os canais premium a cabo) e serviço de internet e são totalmente climatizados. El apartamento está muy cerca de las líneas 2 y 3 de metro, lo que te permite llegar a times square en apenas 15 minutos.
El apartamento está un poco viejo, pero muy limpio. Único inconveniente son las escaleras de acceso a la vivienda, difíciles de "trepar" y que los sumideros tragan con dificultad.
Son pequeños peros, puesto que la experiencia de sumergirte en pleno Harlem con una seguridad muy buena (no hay que ser muy tiquismiquis, porque sino mejor buscad alojamiento más al sur).
En ningún momento sentimos inseguridad, pero por la noche recomendamos solo volver vía línea 2 y 3 (el paseo desde las otras lineas es más largo y atraviesa zonas más despobladas por la noche).
La 125 es una calle súper viva y el ambiente es espectacular.
Además, está al lado del restaurante Sylvia's que es una experiencia gastronómica increíble.
Bastante recomendable a pesar de ser caro como todos los alojamientos en NYC.
Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Diane's apartment. We had a great experience from the moment we arrived where we met with Diane promptly who then showed us around the apartment and gave us some recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores and transportation options. The apartment's bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage for suitcases/clothing. Our three children (ages 14, 12, 8) slept in the living room on the pull out sofa and a full sized air mattress on the floor. Even with the air mattress, there was still room to move around into the kitchen and rest of the apartment. During the day, it was easy enough to stand the mattress up in a corner. The apartment was incredibly quiet, not on a busy street. We also had the two window A/C units going at night which helped block out any possible city noises. We really enjoyed exploring Harlem, eating at Jacobs on the corner, as well as taking the subway from just a few blocks away to explore the rest of the city. The apartment was very clean and supplied with anything we could possibly need. We would absolutely stay here again when in NYC.
This apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped and fine for our family of five. The bed was really comfortable and the sofa bed was easy to pull out. In spite of being in the heart of Harlem the street is quiet and we felt quite safe coming home at night. The nearest subway is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment and you can get to the centre of Manhattan in 20 minutes. Diane met us at the apartment and was very helpful. I would recommend this place! We had a great time.
My husband and I travel to NYC annually - we LOVE the city! Each time, we try to stay in a different area to experience the culture. Our stay in Harlem did not disappoint. Diane was extremely communicative, provided precise directions, and met us immediately upon our arrival. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful, aged brownstone. The apartment is beautifully appointed with all the necessary (and some extra!) amenities. The apartment was clean with fresh linens upon our arrival. We were very comfortable during our stay. The tree lined street was not noisy and we were able to relax well into the morning as we desired. The apartment is located 3 blocks from the nearest subway station and is within walking distance of many historical venues in Harlem. We enjoyed several meals in the area - eating at The Corner restaurant, the Lennox Sapphire, and Sylvia's. We both highly recommend Sylvia's - the service was outstanding and there are not words to describe the food! I would highly recommend the apartment - convenient location, great price, fantastic customer service! There was not a time where we did not feel comfortable or safe. My husband and I stayed at one of Diane's apartment for one week.
We took the M60 bus from LaGuardia airport when we arrived, and with 9am rush hour traffic it took about an hour to reach the apartment. We purchased a weekly MTA pass that we used for the subways and buses. We used Uber when departing since our flight was early.
The apartment was very clean. There are 2 window AC units to cool the apartment quickly. Plenty of towels and bed linens are provided. Kitchen utensils, glasses, and plates are also provided. We watched tv a couple of times when we took a break before planned events.
The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak in the bedroom, but that's the only somewhat negative comment about this apartment.
The location is near 2 subway stations about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, and you could quickly get to most places in Manhattan within 10-30 minutes depending on if express trains were running and how far south you were headed. At no point during our stay did we feel unsafe at any location in the city, even coming back to the apartment after 10pm a few times.
If you are a very light sleeper like I am, sometimes ear plugs weren't quite enough with all the noise from a large city, but my husband slept through all the noise.
Diane's apartment is in a great location an easy walk between two metro stations. We had no trouble getting quickly to Midtown or anywhere else we wanted. It is a short walk to many excellent restaurants also. We stayed on the second floor and I recommend you ask for the top floor so as not to hear the people stomping around above you. The second floor bedroom is on the street side of the apartment so you get some street noise. It was nice to have heavy enough curtains to block out the morning light. The apartment is big enough to have a couple in the living room on the futon if you don't mind sharing the small bathroom. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. The mattress was a little too firm for my wife and I (we both sleep on our sides).
Estamos a 3 quadras do metrô ea 15 minutos do centro de Manhattan. Restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias, lavanderias estão todos dentro de um raio de 3 quarteirões. Estamos a um quarteirão de Sylvia de, a duas quadras da Red Rooster e uma série de outros restaurantes. É uma das melhores localizações em Harlem ou em toda a cidade de Nova York.
