The patio connects to a large grass-landscaped park-like setting with a short walk to an inviting pool. One of the cool attributes of this upgraded and beautifully appointed home is each room has a TV, including the patio and the playroom. Each of the three bedrooms has a connected bathroom and a TV, and one room has an outside private entrance. The master bedroom has a Queen bed & the other two bedrooms both have Queens.

In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach.
