I truly cannot remember having a better vacation venue, staying in a lovely condo just a few steps from the Gulf! Paradise. Joan has a gift in making her visitors feel relaxed and welcomed!! Can't wait to visit next year!!
I never write reviews, but have decided to do so in this case because the owner is so terrific.
The unit was perfect for me (I stayed a month)--well kept and very well outfitted (beach umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, to name a few) in a small complex that overall felt very comfortable. If you are a dog owner you'll be especially pleased-- the unit is complete with pillows for your dog to lounge on! I didn't have a car, so the location was also perfect; I could walk across the street to the beach, around the corner to the grocery store, pharmacy or tennis, or catch a bus into town.
Joan, the owner, was fantastic-- so important in renting. She helped me find a dog sitter when I had to travel. She always responded quickly with information. And when I accidentally ruined a stove top burner, she was very fair-- charging me only $25 from my security deposit (the remainder of which was returned very promptly.)
The only reason I didn't give the property five stars is because it fronts a busy road. For me, this wasn't a big deal-- I got used to it very quickly. And besides, when you're from Minnesota you'll take a little road noise any day in exchange for being able to sit out on a screened-in porch in January and watch the sunset over the ocean.

What a delightful condo unit. So clean, well equipped and spacious, decorated in a modern and attractive manner.There were even beach chairs, beach umbrellas and blankets! Joan was a lovely and welcoming owner. We totally settled in for the week, and would happily stay here again, if given the opportunity.
The extra thoughtfulness put into the amenities that were left for us to use was beyond kindness! Umbrellas,beach towels,beach chairs,cooking supplies,etc..❤️Too many to mention!
I will truly consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful time. The location of the property is perfect, steps from the beach and very close to Publix, CVS etc. The condo was very clean and provided with all amenities you need for an awesome vacation. We enjoyed every minute, hope to come back soon. Thank you Joan so much for all your help. We definitely recommend this property. Thanks.

The view from your Balcony was awesome, at night we could hear the waves rolling in. The location of the condo couldn't be better right in the middle. CVS and Pubix just around the corner. It was a quit area, we felt safe. The out shower was great to wash the sand off our feet and the chairs. We would recommend this property. We hope to return next year if not sooner. Couple of great places to eat. The Blue Dolphin Café, The Lazy Lobster , The Dry Dock Café, Seafood Shack this one located in Bradenton less then10 min drive. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.
