We arrived to find an extremely clean, well maintained, and spacious condo, that reflected all of the amenities described in the marketing materials. The owner/landlord was in touch with us prior to, during, and after our stay to ensure that we were happy with the property. The grounds and pool are meticulously clean and cared for, and the staff that we encountered were unusually courteous and helpful! I have stayed at other condos in this complex, but this one provided by far the most enjoyable vacation experience. I will not hesitate to go back as soon as possible!
My family and I are frequent visitors to
Puerta Del Mar. However, this was our first stay at Mr. Reina’s condo. The unit was immaculate, tastefully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The living room had such a pleasant and relaxed ambience. My mornings were blissful looking out of the large living room window at the beautiful blue sky also catching a glimpse of the ocean. The master bedroom was clean, spacious and the king size bed was perfect for sleeping in comfort. With no stairs to climb and having the parking spots in front of the entrance was a bonus for us. It's obvious that the owners take pride of their well kept property. Within in the vicinity, are numerous of places to eat from; you won't go hungry! Driving up and down the road 107, aside from eating places near by, you will see pharmacies, ATMs and gas stations. The Crashboat Beach is no more than 5 minutes away; the beach is breathtaking. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the beach this time around due to it being so crowded; maybe next time. On the other hand, my daughter had a ball swimming in the amazing infinity pool. With respect to the owner, Mr Reina was courteous, attainable, efficient, cordial and made our experience memorable. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit and enjoy Puerto Rico ... La Isla Del Encanto!
On behalf of my family, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the owners for sharing their beautiful place with us. We are planning to return back to Puerta Del Mar and hope to stay at the same condo. Mr & Mrs Reina, you guys are AWESOME!
My husband and I spent the month of February at Robert's "Heaven's Gate" property in Puerta del Mar. After months of research trying to find the right place in this area of Puerto Rico, we chose this condo primarily for it's location and overall appearance. It is located in THE most immaculate complex in the area. Weekdays there is a flurry of workers keeping the grounds/pool, etc. in pristine condition. The condo area is always quiet and peaceful. Also, the view of the ocean from the patio is spectacular. It is a couple of minutes drive to Crashboat Beach which was fantastic for our visiting grandchildren. I am (selfishly) reluctant to recommend renting this condo since we will need it during the winter months :)
Property is well maintained and in a secure location complete with security guards at the gate. The pool is wonderful and Crash Boat Beach is one of my favorites on the island. If you stay, be sure to get a burrito from the beach! They're delicious! Would definitely stay again!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience ☺. Dealing with the owner Robert was smooth and pleasant. He was accessible via phone, emai and was very accommodating. The property is less than 10mins away from Aguadilla Airport ✈. It's in a secured gated community with beautiful views of the ocean. The unit is right off the parking lot on the first level was a major bonus. This insured an easier transition of our luggage and groceries from our vehicle to the unit. Once we opened the unit's door, everyone was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful decor, spacious living areas, fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances. As if all this wasn't enough we had some spectacular views of the ocean and greenery 🌴 from our private balcony which was also equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. I would definitely recommend this unit and I'm sure I will be booking with Richard in the future ☺.
Summary: Great Place, especially for the price! I don't think the pictures do this place justice, as the views from the infinity pool and the balcony are spectacular! You will enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening adult beverage overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The property is very well kept, clean and quiet. The apartment is well cared for, clean, spacious and has just about everything you would need for an extended stay. The beds a very comfortable, and the place has a living room, dining room, full kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer in the condo). The property is very close to Crash Boat beach, which is one of the more popular beaches on the West side of the Island. You are also very close to Rincon, which has great surfing/waves.
There are many good restaurants on Hwy 107, and I really enjoyed Desecheo, Zazones and the Atlantic. All three of these were very good, and close to the property (heading North as you leave the property on 107.
I would also recommend visiting the caves, which are less than an hour away. Old San Juan was interesting as well.
Overall great place to stay and visit!

Também grandes varejistas, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Sams Club, BJ Club, Supermercados além de muitos varejistas locais. Alguém disse GOLF ?? Bem, você está na sorte, visite Punta Borinquen Golf Course de 18 buracos. Apenas 2 milhas de distância do nosso condomínio.
