Este lindo apartamento, moderno é perfeito para viajantes que procuram fácil acesso a ambos os locais do centro de Atenas, bem como as praias pitorescas do Mediterrâneo. Perto Voula e Vouliagmeni. A casa de 3 quartos recém-renovado e espaçoso tem um grande wrap-around varanda, piso em mármore, banheira de hidromassagem, espaços de jantar exterior / interior, ar-condicionado para os dias quentes de verão e uma lareira para noites de inverno acolhedor. O apartamento fica no terceiro andar de uma forma muito tranquila e segura prédio de apartamentos. Agora temos WIFI (internet sem fio) instalado.
Quanto à localização, este local é grande para ambos os museus-frequentadores e vagabundos da praia igualmente. É uma caminhada de 5 minutos das melhores praias de Atenas e apenas a 20 minutos de carro de sítios arqueológicos famosos como a Acrópole e Templo de Zeus. O apartamento está também a 25 minutos do principal porto de Piraeus, tornando-se um ponto de partida conveniente para viagens de um dia ou overnights para as ilhas gregas.
Sobre nós: Nós somos um grego-americano família que vive em Connecticut, onde Michael é um empreiteiro geral (que é por isso que a nossa casa em Atenas está em tão boa condição!). Michael é um nativo de Atenas e ainda tem família lá. Temos passou férias na Grécia todas as nossas vidas e será feliz para recomendar os melhores restaurantes e destinos nos arredores de Atenas, bem como recomendações ilha viagem e um agente de viagens excelente para a sua aventura grega.
Sobre a área: 'Helénica Hamptons' - Glyfada é o mais elegante bairro ao longo da costa ateniense. Ele apresenta alguns dos melhores vida noturna, clubes de praia, lojas e restaurantes em toda a Grécia. A área é excelente para famílias e solteiros / casais de qualquer idade.
The apartment is perfectly located in walking distance from the main shopping and dinning area of Glyfada. It very smartly furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. It has 3 perfect sized bedrooms that would allow a family to settle in very comfortably.
John & Linda (The owners) provided us with detailed precious information about the area, the beaches, restaurants...etc. They also provide organised details about the apartment and how to use the different amenities. We loved our stay and for sure look forward to booking the apartment again during our next summer vacation.
It is amazing property in a very central location with many shops supermarket pharmacy around and very close to the beach!! The view is amazing so even in rainy days it is a joy to sit and stare outside! We really loved it and hope to come back soon!!
The apartment was ideal for our family visiting Athens for my eldest son's wedding. It was 5 minutes away from the beach, high end shops and a great range of bars and tavernas.
The living room was huge with more than enough space for 6 large adults, furniture and fittings all good, the wrap around balcony was ideal for slow breakfasts. All the bedrooms were large with plenty room for us to get ready, plenty storage space and good beds.
Two bathrooms were well appointed and important for a large group, the kitchen was fine with nice crockery, a clean cooker and a dishwasher.
we were met on time with the keys and had no need to contact the key holder until we left, there was no problem with half of our family staying a bit longer as they had a late afternoon flight.
We enjoyed eating at Uncle George's taverna and the Best Angus steakhouse where the food was fresh and delicious, (although not as good as the home cooking at our son's new mother in laws)
I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants a comfotable holiday in the sun in a pretty glamorous place
Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc?
Absolutely. The apartment is large and stylish with comfortable beds, fine crockery and useful balconies.
Was the property clean, was it well-maintained, etc?
Certainly. it was like being at home.
Did the owner provide good customer service?
Yes. We made a few requests and these were helpfully met. The nearby supermarket was not open on the day we arrived (Sunday) so a welcome pack would have been useful.
Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative?
We did already.
What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike?
The property is near the beach and tram, as well as masses of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The taxi fare to the nearest underground station was low. The taverna recommended by the owners was good to visit. The taxi fare to the airport was reasonable and quick - because there is a road straight from Glyfada to the airport which does not go through the centre of Athens.
This apartment is as good as all the photos show, very spacious and clean. Near to all amenities.Supermarket nearly next door and loads of shopping and restaurants on your doorstep too, yet depite this it was still very peaceful. The beach is five minutes away - or ten minutes walk if you want to pay for a better one with facilities. We used a pool at a hotel nearby, owners were happy for us to use it as long as we bought a drink there.
No complaints, but ask for an extra key as difficult to manage when people want to do things seperately. Highly recommended!
This was a very convenient and spacious apartment. Close to public transportation, shopping and restaurants...all within walking distance. The apartment was tastefully furnished and well equipped with all the essentials. The owners were most helpful in sharing thier knowledge of the area.
Only one suggestion...please provide wi-fi internet service.
