Situado perto do centro da cidade, esta moradia dispõe de uma grande sala de estar aberto com tetos de catedral e lareira a gás, um lavabo e uma cozinha e sala de jantar espaçosa área que sai para um grande uso do jardim e pátio área exclusiva. O segundo andar tem dois quartos e uma casa de banho completa com um quarto que é uma área de loft livre com vista para a área de estar abaixo. As comodidades incluem; TV de tela plana, cozinha totalmente equipada, churrasqueira a gás, lareira a gás, acesso sem fio à internet de banda larga, e lavanderia. 12 Holway Ave. é uma caminhada de dois minutos do centro da cidade ea uma curta passeio de bicicleta / caminhada de praias oceânicas. Off rua estacionamento para 2 carros. (4 pessoas max.)
The rental is beautiful and well kept. The location is perfect - close to Bradford and Commercial Streets, convenient to Shankpainter and tucked back in a very private and quite area. The owners were great to communicate with - prompt responses and friendly. Would highly recommend it - and will likely return next year!
Our stay at Dianne and Andrea's was just perfect. The house - while we expected it to be nice - far exceeded our expectations. It's so warm and comfy, outfitted with everything you need. And the outdoor space is wonderful - the pictures don't do it justice - plenty of room to eat and hang out outside. Totally a place you'll want to come back to again and again.
Pick this town home for space, location and peace of mind! There is an abundance of room to spread out, or be together without tripping over each other. The back and side patio area looks like something from a magazine, plus if you have a Hennessy hammock you could string it up with room to spare. The monument is so lovely at night and is visible from both bedrooms and the patio; awesome! Two parking spaces is a luxury for sure. You can walk to the pier in 15 minutes for whale watching, or be in the center of town in 10 min. This is a solid choice, you won't regret it!
Dianne and Andrea's home was wonderful. The townhouse was beautiful, clean with lots of wonderful extras. The beds and living room couch are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The unit also has a washer and dryer which helps when you are on a beach vacation. We enjoyed the huge enclosed patio, which has a huge shade tree and lots of beautiful plants and flowers. There's even an outdoor grill If you come via ferry, you don't need a car. The house is within walking distance from the ferry and Commercial Street. The house is very close to the town's main grocery store. From the house, we were able to walk to the bus stop to take the shuttle bus to the beach! Very convenient to everything. The house is on a quiet street, so we were able to relax! The loft bedroom room is unique and really beautiful.
We found the owners to be very approachable, even though we really didn't need to bother them for anything! They have thought about everything to make sure that you have a wonderful time in their home.
We had a great week. The condo is exactly as represented by the photos. The owners are super easy to interact with, thoughtful (they left a key with a Stop&Shop discount card attached so you can save on groceries - a nice little touch), and the "check in" process was very straightforward.
This location is off the beaten path but easily walk-able into town (which we did daily). The nice thing is that it's very quiet (just what we were looking for)- the 2 car parking is also an extreme luxury given Ptown parking challenges.
Our only issue was that the dryer gave us issues near the end of the stay, but the repairman was scheduled to come on the day of our departure, so future renters need not worry.
I'd definitely consider renting here again if we find ourselves headed to Ptown in the future.
Found this gem when deciding to spend Thanksgiving in PTown this year. Great location, short walk to everything, but not right on the main street, so away from hustle and bustle and noise. Place is up behind the church off Prince street, and is really awesome space.
The downstairs has a mostly open floor plan with kitchen and dining area, plenty big for four or even six people to eat, and the great sectional in the open front area can also provides ample seating for entertaining a couple guests beside the renters. The TV is a good size for the room (though limited cable services, e.g., no dvr, while we were there - off season, so probably more in the summer), and there is an awesome gas fireplace that provides both heat and ambiance.
Upstairs is a fully-functional bathroom (with sloping ceiling, so shower head may be a tiny bit low for anyone over six feet - I am 5' 10" and had NO issue at all). Then there is a private bedroom with a full bed and another television, and the loft space you can see in the picture, with a queen (this is no formal closet, but there is a rack with plenty of hooks for hang up close).
The piece de resistance, in my opinion, is the huge and gorgeous outside patio. Equipped with a bistro table, a patio set, an and assortment of adirondack chairs, which in the vast space is not even remotely cluttered, as well as a Weber grill (which was in need of a little cleaning), the patio is an outside oasis that is just wonderful. We had very mild weather and enjoyed the patio tremendously. Peaceful and private, it was a great place to escape and just relax.
Overall, a great place and a great value. I hope to rent there again whenever the whim hits me to visit PTown...
