The Bunkhouse rates are derived using a sliding scale, based on the size of the group and the length of the visit. There is a one-time Bunkhouse fee of $400. In addition, charges are per person, per night: 12 guest minimum, first 12 guests are $75/guest/night, additional guests are $65/guest/night. Children 10 and under are $35 each/night. Larger groups and visits of 3+ nights may qualify for discounted rates. Weekend summer visits require a 2-night minimum stay. 1-night stays may be available during the winter months, with an additional $250 fee.

The Bunkhouse is a new and unique facility, specially designed for group gatherings. It is housed inside of a former dairy barn, initially constructed in 1885. The original beam construction is preserved and visible throughout the lodge-style facility. The Bunkhouse offers all of the necessary accommodations for your group, including a full and spacious kitchen, a central great room and a game room. There are three bunkrooms, each with their own bathroom. The main floor of the barn has been restored to host larger group gatherings (100+) in a hall setting called the Lower Corral (separate rental). Additional lower level amenities are associated with the founding company, Pheasants @ Large, LLC, a private hunting preserve.
