CDC CLEANING AND DISINFECTING

NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath ocean view condo is 1700 heated square feet. All bedrooms have a TV and free wireless internet. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans. The living room couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa. The condo has two new swivel chairs along with a new dining table and chairs. The mattresses and toilets were both replaced in the fall of 2020 as well as the addition of two balcony height chairs and table.

Each property in Kingston Plantation is individually owned. So each unit has its own bed configuration. This unit has 1 King in the master, 2 Queens beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Queens in the 3rd bedroom. There is one pull out sofa bed in the living room.

Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. ***

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
