The house itself offers spectacular unobstructed views from huge decks, along with a grassy yard that flows right into the sandy beachfront.

This gated 3-story home is located on a stretch of powder-soft sand known as Sunset Point, which is considered by many to be the most desirable area of Sunset Beach. It is set far away from the highway and busy neighborhoods, and thus it provides safety that many other neighborhoods around us are lacking. For those planning any large gatherings, we would like to mention that we do not accommodate celebrations or parties.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms(including 2 his/her bathrooms), a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, casual outdoor dining on the main lanai, air conditioning in the master and guest rooms, high speed internet/WiFi and a private upper floor master suite with huge walk in closet along with a jacuzzi tab. Spacious limestone decks are found on every level.
This is the only beach on the entire North Shore than can claim sandy bottom swimming year round* These are the two main reasons that real estate prices are much higher here than in surrounding oceanfront communities such as Pipeline, Sharks Cove, Rocky Point, and nearby Sunset Beach neighborhoods.

The home is spacious, uncluttered and has 3 floors with approximately 2,500 feet of interior space and over 1000 feet of furnished lanai space(decks).

Sunset Paradise is located on the fabled North Shore of Oahu and is just
minutes from the town of Haleiwa. It is a short walk to Sunset Beach and Velzyland surf spots.
Our beach is a favorite North Shore surfing, kite-surfing, and windsurfing location.
There are many great hikes, trails and bike paths very close to the property including Waimea Valley and Waimea Bay.
The famous Turtle Bay Resort(golf, tennis, spa, tours, and restaurants)
is just a 7 minute drive away. The North Shore of Oahu offers a
multitude of fine restaurants, beaches, daily activities, adventures and farm fresh fruit stands.
