Muito brilhante e luz - 1BR - deficientes chuveiro cerâmica, 1º andar vila construída em 2003. A cozinha tem todas as comodidades, totalmente equipados, como o seu melhor hotel, pratos, cafeteira, secador de cabelo, Pottery Barn sofá-cama na sala da frente, também leitor de DVD, cabo, pátio rastreados com obturadores do furacão.
Quarto é cama king size, ou podem ser convertidos de volta para duas camas individuais, com todos os linhos. máquina de lavar roupa dentro de casa.
When it's time to get away from the cold, or just get away, this awesome gem is where you want to stay. We stayed in this condo and loved it so much, it was hard leaving. It was cozy and comfortable and when we visit Cape Canaveral again, we hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again.

The home is in a pleasant gated, quiet, safe and oceanfront community named Villages of Seaport.
The community is professionally landscaped and has peacocks wandering the grounds.
The condo is a first-floor, corner, 1BR 1BA end-unit in a two-story condo building.
It is quiet, clean, fully-stocked, fully-furnished, and within walking distance to the beach.
It's also possible to drive closer to the beach and park in front of the swimming pool, clubhouse or tennis courts.
The home includes towels, linens, blankets, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning equipment/supplies, stacked washer/dryer, books, magazines, DVD's, jigsaw puzzles, and beach equipment like rubber rafts, chairs, and even hats!
Information on taxis, recreational activities, cleaning services, and restaurants are in the condo.
There is a flat screen tv in the living area and a small flat screen tv in the bedroom, along with BrightHouse cable tv and high-speed internet services.
The condo is suitable short-term and long-term for singles and couples, and short-term for small families.
The bathroom has a walk-in slate shower (no bathtub).
While there, I enjoyed the ocean fresh air and Florida sunshine, and often walked to the beach and Jetty Park at the nearby Port Canaveral.
I saw rocket launches, cruise ships, cargo ships, all sorts of boats, and people fishing, wave and wind surfing, and enjoying the beach, sand and waves.
The area also has seagulls and other shore birds, pelicans, turtles, dolphins and other wildlife.
There is a parking space directly in front of the unit. There is also a bus stop near the entrance to the community (route 9).
This condo was my first homeaway.com experience and I was very happy with it.

This beach condo is a great get away for summer or winter. We stayed for several months during a transition time of finding a home, and we had everything we needed. The condo is quiet, bright and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, nice range and oven, refrigerator, etc. It is well kept, with new tile in the living area and carpet in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable! The air conditioner was very efficient. There were plenty of towels and the washer and dryer were right there in the condo. The complex has 3 pools, one of which is heated in the winter. Walks on the beach, watching the cruise ships depart, close to restaurants, grocery store nearby all made for a very nice stay. We highly recommend this condo and the owners, who made our period of transition very comfortable.
I've been renting places in Cape Canaveral for over 10 years. This apartment was the best. Great washer/dryer and dishwasher as well as being beautifully decorated. Great detail on useful things such as a coffee grinder,ice maker, etc. There are ceiling fans in the livingroom as well as the bedroom. The hurricane shutters on the patio was great to keep the morning sun out of my eyes. The king sized bed was very comfortable. I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed this apartment. Cathi was a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much Cathi and I hope you have a great Christmas with your brother.
Exceptional location, quiet, peaceful and well kept. I stayed here, a little over 3 months, and I had no complaints. Everything I needed, the owners had in their condo. In addition, the owners were exceptional and were always a phone call away if I had questions. In addition, The facility has great pools, a workout room and very well kept. I would definitely recommend this Condo to anyone looking for a great deal, location and great owners.
