Our premium penthouse unit is located in the Beach Tower at Ko Olina Beach Villas. Our unit is impeccably maintained, and overlooks the ocean, beach, and the beautiful lagoon pools. It is truly a tropical paradise.

Your reservation includes a beautiful welcome basket, free wifi, and free long-distance anywhere in North America. We also have a printer/fax/scanner, beach toys, golf clubs, Apple TV, puzzles, books and much more. (And yes, we have hairdryers too...)

Located in an exclusive luxury gated resort, we offer 1st class facilities and amenities. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a queen-sized pull-out sofa, the condo sleeps 6 (plus 1 baby under the age of 2); a children's hideaway mattress also available as well as a Graco Pack’NPlay). Appointments and appliances are top of the line, with a large Samsung washer and dryer as well as a full modern kitchen with a brand new Samsung dishwasher, Wolf oven, Sharp microwave and Sub-Zero wine fridge. Each room has a flat screen Smart TV. The common area offers Apple TV and wireless printer/fax/scanner ensuring you're covered for business or pleasure!

You will have a total of 1,300 sq. ft. of living space to relax in and enjoy including a 150 sq. ft. balcony. Our lanai looks southwest out to the ocean and beach, and overlooks the lagoon pools, hot tubs, beach bar and BBQ area. You can curl up on our comfortable, outdoor oversized chairs, sipping your coffee watching the whales play in the ocean, wave to your family down at the pools, or enjoy a family meal listening to the sound of the waves and watching a gorgeous sunset. It's truly magical.

(For beach visits or BBQ dinners down at the pools, we provide plastic dishes, beach toys, beach chairs, snorkel gear and more! For those lazy indoor days, we have books, movies, puzzles, and games available.)

With three hot tubs, a kids' pool, a full fitness facility, saunas, steam rooms, and our own beach bar, there's no shortage of opportunities for fun and relaxation. There are also beach rentals and salon/spa facilities within a 5-minute walk, a world-class golf course across the street and a massive outlet mall only a 7-minute drive away.

On days you don't feel like cooking, it's only a short five-minute walk to any number of great restaurants and beachside bars. Our quiet beach in the Honu (turtle) Lagoon has great opportunities for snorkelling, swimming and of course, basking in the sun. However, a short walk away along the stunning beach walking path or alongside the beautiful Ko Olina Golf Course you will find many great restaurants, Paradise Cove Luau, the Disney Hotel, the Ko Olina Marina, paddle board rentals, groceries, luxury spas and more.

(For more serious shopping, it's only a 10-minute drive to the Waikele Outlet Mall (Guess, Sak's, Levis, Oshkosh, Skechers, Armani, True Religion, Banana Republic, BCBG, Gymboree, Vans, Sunglass Hut, Zales and others!) as well as to Costco.)

Waikiki is a 30-minute drive east and the Honolulu International Airport is also only 25 minutes away.

Our paradise retreat is child-friendly and wheelchair accessible. We have a Graco Pack'n Play and toddler bed available for the little ones.
