I had a wonderful long term stay at this amazing two level luxurry Condo! Brilliant ocean sunsets every evening right outside the large view windows and two open air porches. The Condo has tasteful high-end quality designer furniture throughout. And the fine art collection on both levels rivals most galleries in Los Angeles! Also the owner just installed a brand new designer kitchen with all new appliances. Since I like watching television and using a dvd player, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the media center provided: Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Encore, Cinemax and much more. And for my exercise regime, I enjoyed long walks on the ocean speedway, using the gym, the jucuzzi's, and the heated normal size and lap pool. Also, having an underground designated private automobile parking place is a super plus, but I also really enjoyed the safe, walking neighborhood right across the street that has everything anyone might desire: restaurants, farmer's markets, boutique shops, health food stores, and much much more. Staying here was such a pleasure and I intend to come back again… soon!
We stayed for several months in 2015 in this beautiful condo and look forward to our return in 2016. The duplex overlooks the ocean (great for long walks along the beach) and is one block from one of the best walking and shopping neighborhoods in Santa Monica.
There are two porches facing the ocean. We used the larger upstairs one for outdoor dining at noon and sunset.
The designer furnishings and fine art collection are very tasteful and the upstairs office / library offers a private work space filled with wonderful books.
Cecilia, the lovely housekeeper, came once a week and in addition to thoroughly cleaning and watering the orchids, she also did our laundry.
We just loved everything about this condo! Espectacular ocean views, cozy and relaxing, great for extended stays.
The owner clearly put lots of thought into making this condo as comfortable as posible. First of all, the pictures are accurate and clearly depict the condo. It's really clean and bright, with two outsider spaces to enjoy the ocean breeze and a view to die for. The condo it’s tastefully decorated, with a beach chic atmosphere and all the amenities for a pleasant stay; a kitchen with all necessary equipment for cooking and a nice and open office space.
Truly few other condos can provide what this one does: location. While technically is not oceanfront, you’re just a few steps away. Also, just a few steps in the opposite direction and you’re in Santa Monica’s Main Street: restaurants, bars, shopping, bookstores, galleries… We rented a car, but you could definitely get by without one.
Owner and Manager couldn't be nicer and very responsive to any needs. Cecilia (Housekeeper) was great too. The neighborhood is very quite and impeccably maintained. It's really secure and you don't have to worry about parking since you have your own parking spot (plus one spot for visits).
We’re already planning to reserve for our next stay and I would not hesitate to give it my highest rating. This condo is now our 2nd home away from home when we come to visit Santa Mónica.
Rented this condo for the month of August and were extremely happy. The location is perfect---within easy walk of great restaurants and shops, half a block from the beach where walking and bike paths are accessible. The view is stunning and unobstructed. We watched sunsets from the balconies (there are two). The pictures don't do justice to the place: it is very light and bright. The bathroom and kitchen floors are marble tile, the shower/tub combo is oversized and has a big skylight making the entire bathroom very bright. The kitchen, while not updated except for sink, is very efficient and straight forward. (It does not have microwave -- we provided our own). Wife was recovering from surgery so we utilized the gym (very clean and only saw one person there the whole time we were there), took long walks on the beach, swam in the pool, grilled steaks on the bbq by the pool. We loved this place and think it is one of the better units in the entire complex. Very quiet too.
The condo was spacious, clean and extremely secure and safe. The view is to die for and the location is absolutely wonderful. The added benefit of having the upstairs office was a great bonus. Top marks for value for money and great location. A definite repeat location for us.
