Living room made comfy with gas fireplace, 55 inch flatscreen HDTV with BluRay, love seat, chair and couch. Sliding door leads out to side deck with gas grill and outdoor dining table (both available in summer only). 1/2 bath off kitchen.
Great room opens to sunroom with sofa and lounge chair, doggie bed and card or cocktail table plus games and puzzles.
Upstairs master bedroom with King, small walk-in closet, flatscreen HDTV, and door out to private deck. Granite countertops, twin sinks, glass shower with pebble floor, and Kohler soaking tub.
Downstairs, second master bedroom with CA King and two huge mirrored closets which reflect the abundance of natural light from a multitude of windows! Whitewashed pine ceiling with open rafters, Flatscreen HDTV, windowseat and a twin size fold out bed. Twin sinks with marble counters, glassblock wall trim, glass shower with pebble floor. Double French doors open to second sunroom with sofa, chair, HDTV with DVD player and more puzzles and games.
Hardwood hallway floor leads to three more bedrooms and two bathrooms plus laundry room. Back bedroom with Queen bed, mirrored closet, lots of windows and natural light. Third bedroom off hallway with double bed, cool colors, vanity. Accommodating up to 10 people, this dog-friendly home has enough room to relax as a group, and never feel crowded. 2 car garage makes parking a breeze. Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax.
Our properties do not have air conditioning.
Please note that this property has a noise devise that monitors excessively loud noises per county compliance.

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE OF A PROPERTY AND ALL PET WASTE NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP.
