Este espaçoso unidade final, com três quartos, três banheiros, uma cozinha enorme e extra grande sala de estar é um ótimo local para férias em família, viagens de meninas, ou casais que viajam com seus amigos. Os quartos do hotel pode se sentir tão cheia-at Seaview Unidade 505 você terá muito espaço para desfrutar de seus momentos juntos.

A grande cozinha gourmet tem armários em conserva com novas bancadas de granito. Tem um bar comer-in que acomoda quatro. Ele vem completo com uma pia de aço inoxidável com dupla eliminação, geladeira, fogão, microondas, máquina de lavar louça, e está totalmente abastecido com pequenos aparelhos e utensílios de cozinha.

A sala de estar / jantar é muito espaçoso, com 2 sofás-cama de tamanho completo, e duas poltronas de couro. A mesa da sala de refeições acomoda oito. A área do bar adjacente acomoda um adicional de quatro. A sala é complementado por portas duplas de vidro que se abrem para desaparecer seu pátio à beira-mar privada com jantar e lounge chaise cadeiras para descanso, relaxamento e tendo a vista para o mar deslumbrante.

O quarto principal tem uma cama king size e banheiro principal com mais de pé tamanho no chuveiro e novas bancadas de granito. Relaxe e descontrair na poltrona de couro. O primeiro quarto de hóspedes dispõe de uma cama king size, muito espaço de gaveta, e um grande armário. O segundo quarto de hóspedes dispõe de duas camas queen size, muito espaço de gaveta e um armário muito grande. Needs updating and more comfortable sleeping accommodations

While the property served its purpose it was not as clean and updated in person as photos made it to believe. It's is in need of updating and also a deep cleaning of the carpet or new carpet. It needs comfortable mattresses, plumbing fixtures need attention, tile work needs maintenance, etc. when we arrived the master bed was not even made. Only a quilt and shams on the bed. No sheets or pillow cases. Kitchen cabinets were not wiped down, coffee maker had excessive coffee all over he front. We had to wash down almost every piece of kitchen appliances and pots and pans we used. Electrical outlets in living room and master bedroom are not affixed to outlet. Remote in one of the bedrooms did not even work. Windows and sliders are not even sound proof to help reduce noise. We heard rescue and all the traffic at all times of day and night. Very difficult to get sleep and keep 3 kids asleep all night because of the noise.

We could not get an extra parking spot for a few hours to accommodate friends that stopped by to visit. We got called off the beach and told that the owner of the other half of the garage we were in was coming in and could not park his car because our guest was in there with our car. Well for 5 days straight there was never another car. Only maintenance workers. So we were incovinienced by a nosy office manager (who was not even our property manager) because we had a second car parked for 3 hours and could not use the extra space designated for our condo. But another guest staying in another condo could.

This would have been a much more comfortable stay if it was cleaner and updated. I understand that these condos are rented out for a purpose but with 3 small children I prefer a place that is clean and that I am not having to come in and wash everything I touch. We won't be back to this particular condo. But we are willing to spend more to reserve an updated and clean condo for next year. It seems the owner and property manager are more interested in securing a renter each week and not interested in keeping it cleaned and updated.

I want to point out the guarantee policy on our cleaning sent to you in your Welcome Letter. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning of the unit, you simply contact the manager and it will be cleaned again to your satisfaction. We are happy to provide this, as we want you to be happy and feel that the unit is cleaned to your standards. The cleaners are sometimes new and will make mistakes, but we are happy to correct them for you, if you just let us know. The carpet is scheduled to be replaced in May, although it is only 3 years old. We did have it cleaned after your stay due to melted chocolate left on the carpet. Our unit offers two parking spaces in a private garage. This has recently been added as a perk for our guests. When the property manager spoke to you, about blocking in the other guest, you said they were only there for an hour and would not need additional parking for the rest of your stay. Again, we can only help you with what you need, if you communicate your needs to us. I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your accommodations as we do make it our aim to help you have the best vacation possible. Thanks again for providing helpful feedback. Take good care.

Gave my opinion with pics to owner and no response.

Very disappointed and embarrassed for my guest. Having 3 bed and 3 baths was the reason for booking this unit. The location was great and the view was the best. The other guest in the building by far very nice people. This unit is in much need of an overall. A major cleaning to start. Carpets should be removed. Paint all walls. I sent pics to the owner on Sunday 3/5/17 and had no response. This unit is not cheap.This is not my complaint. I am willing to pay good money but I expect to get what I paid for. I would not rent this unit until there are changes.When checking into this unit we pointed out some issues with the manager and the response was. To busy with other units and no time for repairs and I would say cleaning as well.The main building itself is great.The office staff that works in the lobby where very helpful. This staff has nothing to do with this unit because it is managed by others. They took the time to help when needed. I am sending this review because of no response from the owner.

Week of family fun

The condo was clean, supplied with enough paper products to give us time to grocery shop for our own supplies and very well furnished for us with comfortable and adequate seating in the living room for 6 as we had 3 couples in our group. The bathrooms were nice size and clean. We needed more coffee cups as we had to wash cups after each meal. The couple who stayed in the smallest bedroom wished there were a curtain over the blinds so they had more privacy from the outdoor hallway. The unit was quiet and we enjoyed the beautiful weather all week with the sliding doors open during the day. We had 2 cars so the indoor parking was not easy for us as we had to swap vehicles around several times and only having 1 garage door opener was inconvenient. I think you need a lock box for the opener downstairs or change to a code system opener. Thanks for a great week. Allison was wonderful to work with. We appreciate you sharing your condo with us.

Fantastic Vacation! Fantastic Accomadations!!!

Booking and Staying at Seaview 505 was Fantastic!!! The owner Mary Ellen Clark was so welcoming and helpful as I reviewed my options back in the summer. She made me feel welcome and influenced me to bring my family to Seaview 505. We celebrated my mom-in-law's 80th Birthday and my 33rd Wedding Anniversary. For this occasion I wanted to be at a location right on the beach with beautiful oceanfront views. I wanted a walk out balcony, a Swimming pool large enough to do laps and hot tub, internet access and enough bedrooms and beds to comfortably accommodate 6 people. I required a full kitchen and laundry on site and grilling stations so we could cook out. I wanted to be close to attractions but not too busy. Quiet, relaxing down time was high on our priority list. Boy did Seaview 505 deliver!!! EVERYTHING WE WANTED and MORE was there! Very easy access to shopping and sightseeing was great with the public transportation since we didn't have a car. Restaurants directly across the street was great and OH MY GOD the views were breath taking from our walk out balcony!

The accommodations were more beautiful than the pictures and we had everything we needed. The property was clean and well maintained. The TV reception was grainy on some of the channels but it was no big deal, the only negative was the condo building next door was having renovations on one of the units so it was noisy at times but that was just a timing fluke I suppose. Having two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a 3rd bathroom worked perfectly for a mixed group of male and females family members.

The Property Manager Allison was INCREDIBLE!!! She was extremely attentive to our every need and when a problem arose she quickly and efficiently handled it! We arrived early and she checked our luggage for us before the room was ready. The Ice maker in the recently installed new refrigerator struggled to produce enough ice for us. Allison brought us bags of Ice until the repairman could come and make adjustments to the refrigerator. She just saw to it that whatever we needed we got! Very attentive and personal service!! Overall it was a wonderful experience with no complaints! I highly recommend Seaview 505, Mary Ellen Clark and Allison to any family looking to have a great time in Tampa Florida's Madeira Beach!
