É 3495 pés quadrados de pura elegância, com tetos altos, portas elegantes e janelas, paisagem exuberante e trabalho de pedra. Ele tem 5 quartos e 4 banheiros. há 2 suítes que têm uma cama king size em cada e um dos mestres tem um berço, bem como, outros dois quartos têm uma cama de casal em cada e outro quarto tem uma cama e um beliche. Todos eles têm grandes TVs LCD com DVD players em cada quarto. Todos os banheiros são decorados com chuveiros de pedra e banheira. Nós refinanciada esta casa em fevereiro de 2015 para $ 1. 785.000.

Perfect location for a San Diego retreat

We could not have been more pleased with the house. Everything was clean and the jacuzzi was fun at night. Walking distance to some of our favorites: Aero Club, Starlite Cafe, El Agave. Highly recommend.

Great Family Experience

This was a perfect location for our family reunion with four adult children, their spouses, and young grandchildren. The location is perfect, close to all the major attractions. The men liked having Old Town and the craft breweries so close. The view of the city, Pt Loma, the airport was mesmerizing. The young children spent a surprising amount of time watching planes take off and land and cruise boats go out to sea. The house is very roomy - extra large bedrooms and hallways. A great kitchen with a large pantry. Big dining room table. The outdoor space is great - we enjoyed the spa a lot and the rooftop patio is good for a crowd. The home is well landscaped. There is some road noise. We had the house closed up, so we did not hear it inside, but on the roof, the highway is evident. The home is well stocked with kitchenware, towels, pillows, comfortable beds. The house is nicely lived in - not so perfect that we were fearful with young children. We have family that live in San Diego that came by and they are thinking about renting the house themselves - they were that impressed. The house is built into the side of a hill on multiple levels - which makes it really interesting, but someone with bad knees might have a problem. All in all - a great value. Thank you Ali!

Great house for the whole fam

Spent Thanksgiving week in San Diego with our family, including a baby and two children along with 7 adults. We had a great time and the house was great. We all had a comfortable place to sleep (and nice linens). The kids had bunk beds and our daughter had a comfortable full-size crib too. The kitchen is updated and fully functional - we cooked a whole Thanksgiving meal and ate together as a family around the table every night (so nice)! The living room is a really nice comfortable place to gather. Bathrooms are very nice and updated. The location near the airport makes it SO convenient and it's very close to Old Town, the Zoo, and lots of other area tourist destinations. The pool and hot tub are AWESOME and outdoor areas are plentiful! Sunset up on the roof can't be beat!

You are located right off the highway, but surprisingly the road noise wasn't bad and not super noticeable. It didn't bother us at all and my dad is very sensitive to noise. You don't really notice airplane noise either.

You can pay to have the pool heated, and I would recommend that.

Ali is super responsive to any issues as they arise.

I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Home and Location

We had a wonderful stay at the Tuscan Estate in Old Town. It was as described and more and we would highly recommend it to others. We had a group of 6 staying in the home but had a quiet dinner party for 12 others during our stay and there was ample room for everyone. The owner was responsive and even brought us over a coffee pot decanter when we realized the one at the home was cracked. The pool and hot tub were great and although we had some HVAC units out of service, our comfort level was never compromised! We hope our travels take us back to San Diego so we can stay in the home again!

Beautiful home, great location.

We rented this house for 7 days. There were 9 adults and 3 children in our party and this home was a perfect size. Plenty of space to spread out. The home is multi-level so make sure you don't mind multiple sets of stairs. There are multiple patio/balcony areas to just relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. You can fit one small compact vehicle in garage and everyone else has to find street parking. Home is pretty well maintained. Pool was perfect size. House is centrally located, close to Old Town San Diego, grocery store and many restaurants. Zoo and Sea World are just a few miles away. We just had a couple small issues that were promptly taken care of by the owner, Ali. We had planned on having a BBQ on the night we checked in. When we went to cook, there were 3 propane tanks and all were empty. Ali had tanks replaced first thing the next morning. We also had an issue with a door handle in one of the bedrooms, Ali also had a repair man there the next day to take care of it. His response time with any issues was wonderful. Some of the patio areas and furniture could have used a good scrub down. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again.
