2213 Windsor II is an upscale 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Palmetto Dunes that is beautifully decorated with a tropical flair. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous grass yard with tropical landscaping, two swimming pools, including a zero entry children's pool, and majestic trees.

The villa was recently remodeled with designer finishes including an updated, fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new fixtures, and recessed lights. The master bath has a new granite countertop, upgraded tile floor and fixtures. All ceilings in the villa have been redone for a bright, airy feel - no popcorn ceilings!

This second floor villa features tile floors from the entryway and throughout the kitchen and dining room. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the villa and has 2 Double beds, a bamboo chair, and a 32" TV. There is a hall closet, as well as a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
