Sapphire Village é uma propriedade muito bem localizado, com 2 piscinas, um restaurante, wi-fi e lavanderia à vista. Praia Sapphire e Sapphire Marina estão localizadas diretamente abaixo da propriedade. Red Hook está ao virar da esquina com uma dúzia de restaurantes, farmácia, mercado, & St. John ferry.

Vila Safira: Vila Safira é paisagísticos, com uma vista maravilhosa. Na verdade, ele já foi eleito um dos 10 melhores vistas do mundo pela National Geographic. Sapphire Marina está diretamente abaixo, com a pesca charter, e muitas viagens diferentes dias charter em todo o VI

The Complex as a whole is very nice

The Complex as a whole is very nice. This unit as most have wonderful views. This unit needs up dating. The front door lock was off on screen door kept opening and shutting with wind. The blinds in both bedroom and living room were broken missing blinds and did not shut in living room at all. There were only 2 flat pillows in bedroom this was all in the unit. We went without so kids could have!! The furniture in unit is very warn and shows significant age sink into cushions. Forget TV went out most time. The kitchen needs inventory only 3 forks and not one steak knife to cut anything. I think over time things have got lost and not replaced. It is what it is a place to sleep with nice view. All in all its a great complex with nice pools.. There are many units to stay here. Maybe pay couple extra bucks and get one of many updated units for more comfortable stay. Walk in unit was a plus no stairs up or down. Better suited for travel with no kids or young couple! Its beautiful place so were not disappointed was just a week!

Resposta do proprietário: Although I could not understand some of the things quoted in this review, I will address them as best that I can. The screen door is owned by the condo association who has since fixed the issue with the lock. I have since had my cleaning lady check into the fork and pillow issue and she insists that there are multiple pillows in the closet that obviously this tenant did not look in, and there are multiple forks in the unit not three. The blinds in the living room work perfectly fine, obviously this tenant does not know how to use them. I am replacing the blinds in the bedroom. Satellite television on Saint Thomas does go out on occasion, which cannot be controlled. There are many more units on the property that are more expensive, and maybe she should've thought that she shoud spend more money per night to do so. I am one of the least expensive on the property, which is what most people are looking for. Most people who make request for me are looking for a good price, so if I need to replace a couch cushion cover or I have six Forks instead of eight, I think for the price it's still a very good value.

BEST Location, Wonderful Beach, Great Condo!

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking at renting a condo in STT. My boyfriend (now fiancee... we got engaged in Secret Harbor, St. Thomas the second night of our trip!) and I loved everything about it: proximity to Red Hook, ease of transportation (safari taxi stop right at the entrance of Sapphire Village), absolutely gorgeous Sapphire Beach with lovely snorkeling is only a 5 minute walk away, great pool & pool bar/cafe with awesome staff. Chuck is super nice, helpful, and easy to work with, too.

The condo itself is spacious enough for 2-4 people (it was perfect for us as a couple), nice little kitchen to cook in, clean bathroom, room to lounge in the living room, beautiful views of the sea and other islands off the condo balcony. Wifi and TV were spotty but whatever, I'm not traveling to the Caribbean to sit inside in front of a screen all day anyway! It's not 5 star luxury but that's not what we wanted anyway. We wanted a convenient, clean, safe little spot to keep our stuff and relax between beach-hopping and bar-hopping. That's exactly what we got and it was perfect.

Absolutely zero downside to this condo and I will rent it again next time we're visiting USVI. If you are an easygoing traveler who wants to experience island life, you will love it as much as we did!

great location,gorgeous beach,beautiful view

this is a basic simple condo room,not luxury.Had everything we needed dishes,essentials and a beach chair. the condo was over the pool which was really nice and the nice bar/restaurant had a great bartender and good food.condo was on the amazing ,beautiful sapphire beach (a short walk down the hill) .It is in the perfect location by red hook near tons of restaurants ,bars and a few shops.right down from ferry and $14 roundtrip per person will get you to st. john which i suggest doing .we went 2 days there it was so fun and go to Joes Rum Shack.4-6 happy hour $3 drinks.

taxis are about $8 for 2 people each way so very expensive.you are not able to really walk to red hook down the hill. I recommend Duffys restaurant.The condos balcony view is amazing .The pictures do not show you how beautiful the view is. you can eat breakfast and see 6-7 islands. chuck was very responsive at all my questions. i am a past travel agent and travel agency owner for 12 years and have been all over. i would recommend this condo to a budget/moderate traveller due to the rooms and furnishings not being updated . we felt very safe at this condo and we had a fabulous time and it was an amazing trip!

Good location. Basic accomodation. Great fun

The location is right on Sapphire Beach. A short walkfrom the building down to the pool/bar to the marina and right to the beach and a short walk to Smith Bay rd for the safari taxi. No need to go to the main gate for beach access. If you are into beaches, Sapphire Beach is right on the property. Linqvist Beach on Smith Bay is 15 minutes by foot. The road is small and without side walk so make sure you stay on grass as much as you can. You can also go to Coki beach by taking the Safari to Tutu Park mall and transfer to another Safari bus going back to Redhook. Safari runs only on one way. Linqvist beach is Magens Bay before it developed. They are building the parking lot and restroom right now.

On to the property, it's pretty basic with pots, pans. The sliding door is hard to close but you get use to it. WiFi is useless in living room but work great inside the bedroom closer to the window so if you need WiFi, bring your laptop in there. If you want some fresh fish, go down to the Marina at 12:30PM or 6:30PM and look for the Double Header fishing charter. The captain will fillet the fish they caught. Can't get any fresher than that. The owner is available if you need anything but we are having too much fun to bother any one. The Off The Grid BBQ is right at main gate. No need to go farther than that for good food.

Overall, great location, good price and good property. Definitely would come back.

Great time had by all

We loved the locatuon!!!!! Right above Red Hook and the St John ferry. Bar and three pools within 5 min walk . Place had everything we needed towels, plates , cups silverware. All resident and locals were more then helpful and friendly.
