Nosso condomínio é um espaçoso 3 quartos que podem acomodar 6 a 8 pessoas .Você terá magníficas vistas sobre o oceano a partir da varanda e sala de estar. Está a poucos passos da Praia de Seven Mile. Temos muitas cadeiras e guarda-sóis na praia e em torno de nossa piscina à beira-mar.

A localização é perfeita. 10 minutos corrida de táxi do aeroporto ea uma curta distância de muitos restaurantes. Você está a poucos passos de distância de Camana Bay, famosa pelas suas lojas e restaurantes maravilhosos.

Além de ter de um a praia mais bonita do mundo, Grand Cayman, também oferece uma série de atividades como: (! Na frente do condomínio) mergulho, snorkeling, Pesca, golfe, arraias.

Crianças ganhou 't ser deixado de fora: nadar com golfinhos, exploração agrícola da tartaruga, ....

Esportes e atividades: O nosso complexo é quase ao lado do resort Marriott Beach, onde pode desfrutar de actividades de desportos aquáticos, como jet ski, vela, mergulho ... etc.

Estamos também a poucos passos de uma loja de mergulhadores.

Compras: Nós também estamos muito perto da avenida comercial de 7 milha praia (apenas o suficiente para ficar quieto), onde você vai encontrar lojas e restaurante. Você pode viajar nesta avenida por um pequeno ônibus de turismo que pode trazer-lhe centro de Georgetown em 2 minutos por US $ 2!

Our favorite place we've stayed

We stayed here in September 2017 and couldn't have had a better experience. Our plans changed multiple times (arrival and departure dates/times due to Hurricane Irma, and the number of people coming on the trip) and Kathy -the onsite manager, and the owners of the unit Pierre and Andre, I believe, were very flexible with us and accommodating to every change. They even provided a high chair and crib for one of our little ones.

The unit looked in person as it does in the pictures. There was fresh ice in the ice maker and a welcome basket with fruit, water and coffee when we arrived.

There were PLENTY of towels which was so nice when you're traveling with 8 people and there were also pool/ocean/sand toys at the unit and in a storage box by the pool. We brought toys and ended up leaving them in the storage box at the condo for others to play with.

The location of Tamarind Bay is very centralized with easy access to everything, but it's set off the road just enough that you don't feel like you're on a busy street at all.

We used to live on Grand Cayman and never imagined we would want to be so close to Seven Mile Beach because it always seemed so congested but there's a lot of construction going on all over the island to widen streets and improve the flow of traffic.

After staying here, we won't stay anywhere else when we come to visit. Everyone in our party (6 adults and two kids) absolutely loved it.

The only complaint I have is that we couldn't have stayed longer. ;)

Awesome!

We are leaving today after an 8 night stay in Grand Cayman. We we very pleased with our stay at Tamarid Bay. The view from the condo is awesome! Kathy in the office was very helpful. The condo is well equipped and included housekeeping on Mon. Wed. & Fri. That was a perk we did not expect. Great location to restaurants and the grocery store. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing! We would love to come back!

Prefect place!

This condo was great! It looks just like the pictures. The beach and pool were always quiet with few to no other people there. Just 2 doors up the beach, people were packed in like sardines, but not at this place. There are plenty of rocks and coral close by for snorkeling, but also plenty of clear space for hanging out in the water. We loved having a whole box of stuff for the beach: snorkels, rafts, sand toys, etc. The grounds were well-kept and the pool was clean. The grills down by the pool were very clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting under the lighted gazebo at night hanging out. It was also nice that the door locks with a keypad instead of a physical key. This was so convenient- no need to worry about losing the key in the ocean or keeping track of who has it. We could all come in and out as we pleased. The office manager is very friendly and is always available if you have questions. The do provide dish soap and dishwasher detergent, but not laundry detergent, so be sure to bring a few laundry detergent pods with you if you plan to do laundry. It was nice to be able to pack lighter and not return home with bags full of dirty clothes, thanks to the washer and dryer being there. On your trip to the Caymans (no matter where you stay), be sure to load up on bug spray. The mosquitoes come out just before sunset and stay out for an hour afterward. We learned that the hard way. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this condo and would love to return someday! Stay here. You won't be disappointed!

We just left , June, 2017 and from the time I booked this reservation , the owner was in contact with me, ensuring all my questions were answered, even checking on my flight arrangements, so someone would be at the condo for our arrival . This was an extremely nice condo, right on the beach !!!!! Also, the pool was right near the beach so the family could enjoy both and still be together! The condo was fully equipped with all the extras one would want, including beach towels! The condo was modern and clean, with excellent views of the beach from the living room and two of the bedrooms! It also had an outside lanai that was huge that we enjoyed on a daily bases. There were even extra beach and pool supplies to use and enjoy. The office was opened on a daily bases and Cathy was friendly and available for any questions or concerns. The condo right on 7 mile beach was in the center of a lot to do and several attractions and places to eat were within walking distance and very close to the airport. The chairs and umbrellas on the beach were so nice to have to use and the beach was never crowded and if fact we were only feet from the water!!! Snorkeling was great and we loved that daily activity right from our condo. Great sunsets and walks . We all LOVED our stay and I have to say, of all our family vacations , we all agreed that these accommodations were by far our favorite. The price for this condo was so worth it! Thank you so much, Pierre, for the use of your condo! We loved our stay and will be contacting you when we return!!!

A great place to stay

The manager greeted us on arrival and assured that we knew the needed details for the stay

A lovely basket of fruit and goodie were in the kitchen

The unit was as described, the beach quiet and inviting, restaurants nearby were great and economical

Excellent stay at a perfect location

We (myself, wife, my 22-year old son, my wife's 22-year old son, my wife's 20-year old daughter, and daughter's 21-year old boyfriend) traveled to Grand Cayman in December of 2016. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this property.

The location was perfect for us. We were near the southernmost "good" part of Seven Mile Beach (just a few properties south the beach and water becomes less desirable/usable) in a quiet location but still near lots of features. The Marriott, with its man-made reef out front (great for snorkeling) is two properties to the north, but at Tamarind Bay you're not crammed into a small piece of beach surrounded, literally, by other guests. I can't say enough about the location on Seven Mile Beach - perfect for us.

Nearby there are several good restaurants, some late-night quick food, a gas station/convenience store, and a grocery store is within walking distance (though you might want to cab back once you have bags - $10.00 U.S.). Peppers has great food, Craft does as well, and Cimboco is excellent. Stingers next door behind Comfort Suites has great staff, drinks and good food. Andy's Rent-a-Car is right across the street.

The condo's grounds were attractive and well-kept. The staff were friendly and outgoing. The pool (we didn't use it) was clean every day.

Condo accommodations were excellent as well. Three bedrooms, one having a queen and a set of bunk beds. Two bathrooms, two TVs, wi-fi was great, kitchen has everything you need. Beach towels are made available. Washer and dryer in unit was a big help.

I cannot recommend Pierre and Andre's condo enough!
